Welcome to Ortley Beach, a family-friendly enclave of the Jersey Shore. This newly built home has all the the comforts of home. It also has an elevator. Enjoy the large front porch that’s great for evening dinners and morning coffee and breakfast.
Our favorite part about this location is its a few homes away from Bay Blvd that has and expanded bike bath that’s great for family bike rides, jogs or walks. The beach is only 3.5 blocks away. Enjoy the perfect surf and sand in a family atmosphere.
Also nearby is famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk.
Other places near to the property are paddles and peddles water sports, Acme supermarket, basketball courts, kids park, mini golf, arcade, Kohrs Ice Cream, and coffee shops.

*Family Rentals Only, No prom or graduation groups*
1. Smoking is not allowed in the residence. Smoking is allowed outside only and must be cleaned up after and any cigarette butts/matches etc. must be properly disposed of.
2. Property is Privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Pets Are not permitted on this property.
4. Rental occupancy : The listed "Limit" number indicates the maximum number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Violations of rental occupancy restrictions may be grounds for eviction.
5. Only responsible adults of legal contractual age may contract for rental. Legal renter named on the vrbo reservation/agreement must occupy property during the dates listed on the agreement.
6. This is a family property please be respectful of neighbors.
7. Parking on property is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas listed in vrbo arrival info. Parking on the street not permitted.
8. Town violations – should the authorities be called due to a violation of any town , local or state ordinance during the stay of the tenant, any and all fines are the responsibility of the tenant.
9. Tenants agree to vacate property at end of rental term listed above.
10. Tenant is responsible for their disposal of all garbage into their outside garbage container and garbage to be placed to curb on pickup day.
11. Linens are not provided.
