Monthly minimum rental during the season (January-April), 14 day minimum rental other times. This beautiful, light condo has a community bay front heated pool, docks on Lemon Bay and private gulf white sand beach right across the street. Fully furnished with everything you will need. Washer/dryer in the unit. Two car garage below. Screened front lanai and back patio. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeps four.

Beach and pool just steps away!

Abby was great to work with. Her condo was nicely decorated and clean. Near many restaurants/bars. It was great catching the sunsets on the beach right across the street! We would go back again!!!

Manasota Key

Even though the island was heavily damaged from hurricanes they have made remarkable progress cleaning up the debris. The unit we stayed in was great. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful Stay on Manasota Key

The condo was clean and as advertised. It was fully equipped with anything that we needed. The area is beautiful, with sunrise on one side of island and sunset on the other! Abby was helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation

The condo was exactly as described and well appointed. The island itself is a hidden gem on the Florida gulf coast. The condo’s location allows quick access to Lemon Bay for paddling/fishing, or the gulf beach for relaxing and looking for shells/shark teeth. Abby was quick with communication. Would stay here again anytime.

Really nice condo with the best location in-between the bay and ocean. Nice towels and lots of them. Nice beach towels and lots of beach toys. Nice owners and a great place to stay!!!

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were just steps away from the beach which made it very convenient for my fisherman husband. We also appreciated having a garage. The neighbors are very friendly. We would stay here again.

Great condo!

Spacious condo is well furnished and has a fantastic garage. Just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Pool is also very nice.

Fantasy Island Experience

We highly recommend this listing. Location, Cleanliness, Furnished nicely, Beds comfortable, Kitchen well supplied, Beach equipment adequate, Owner Very nice, concerned and responsive. In all our years of renting this has to be at the top of the list for enjoyable.
