You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was just completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with a satellite receiver, DVD player, and a surround sound system with an iPod dock. And for a little nostalgic gaming, we have an Atari 2600 with several games! If you don’t need that kind of entertainment, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and an LCD TV with a satellite receiver. The alarm clock has an iPod dock, so you can wake up to your own music! There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.

great location, plenty of space

I enjoyed having 3 bedrooms. The trundle in the bunk room was very convenient. The beds were soft, and the kitchen was well stocked. Location so close to downtown was fun. The bikes in the garage are a nice touch, but bring your own helmets. The great room is spacious with a very large table. Excellent gathering spot.

I'm giving only 4/5 starts because the bedspreads are all old and dingy. There was not enough toilet paper and it would have been nice to have more than one box of tissues--perhaps one in each bathroom. The hot tub seems to have a lock out at 99 degrees, because I could not get the thermostat any higher.

In all I think the value was excellent because they charge less than most of the similar neighboring properties.

Best VRBO Yet!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals in southern Utah and this has been the best yet. There was so much space, and it was all clean, pleasant, usable, and so quiet! We never heard a peep from our neighbors, and not even from our own children! The three bedrooms and solid wood doors gave everyone privacy and peace. The indoor pool just down the street was perfect for our four children 14 and under. We planned to use the hot tub, but were so busy having fun that we didn't even get a chance.

We had a small issue at the beginning of our visit, but the owners fixed it promptly and in a manner far exceeding our expectations. We couldn't have been more pleased. We love Moab and plan to stay in this same rental our next visit. The accommodations were just what we wanted, and the customer service was top notch. I can't recommend it more highly. There is a reason this rental has the rating it has.

Moab vacation

Excellent location and well-kept house. It was all we had expected....very comfortable, quiet and well-maintained. Chad was quite responsive to my many questions and very helpful. We would definitely return.
