Charming Périgord house 15 minutes from Sarlat.

The Sohan setting is located in the small village of St Cybranet, you can enjoy its wooded park and its private heated above-ground swimming pool open from mid-April to mid-October.

The house is about 5 minutes from all the historical and classified sites to visit:
Castelnaud and the castle of Milandes, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac as well as the Bastide de Domme.
The tributary of the Dordogne "the Céou" flows a few hundred meters from the house, it offers corners that are still wild, calm and bucolic.

You will be able to have all the comfort and relaxation with the equipped areas, heated above-ground swimming pool, petanque court and the gym!! But also table football, ping pong table.
The entrance to the house leads to the fully fitted kitchen and its dining area.

Upstairs, a living room with two sofas and its TV area.
The house has 5 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: bed 140, TV area, bathroom with corner bath and toilet
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the same landing: bedroom 2 has a 160 bed, bedroom 3 has a 140 bed and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed: a lower bed 140, an extra bed 90 and an extra bed 90 separate.
In the corridor a bathroom with massage shower and a toilet.
- On the other side of the upstairs living room, the 5th attic bedroom with a 140 bed and its bathroom with massage shower and a toilet.

Bed linen and towels are an additional option.

A deposit check of 2000€ will be requested on the day of your arrival and will be destroyed one day after your departure.
