You’ll find Villa Palm Beach located in a quiet neighborhood. Built in 2012 on an oversized corner lot, the home offers extraordinary, wide-ranging views of two canals. Truly a place to relax for the whole family! The property does not have any direct neighbors, neither across the canal nor along the street, which creates an atmosphere of privacy and unspoiled views of the beautiful waterways in Cape Coral.

Villa Palm Beach is ideal to wind down and refill your energy reserves with the sunshine and warmth of Florida.

The luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a half bath. The spacious master bath includes a stylish tub and two showers. Hardwood floors can be found in the master bedroom as well as the living and dining areas. The large open kitchen is very well equipped. 3 TVs provide the option to enjoy your favorite shows. The 55” 3-D LED HDTV in particular will delight fans of 3-D viewing, and the large sectional adds to the comfort.

Entering the pool area, you’ll find a large covered patio and an oversized 30 ft pool, which includes a sun bench, fountain and waterfall. The entire pool area is protected by a cage, allowing you to spend many relaxing hours on the patio and in the pool. Another great spot to relax is the private boat dock on the canal.

Great vacation home

Three things stood out to me: 1) the really great communication, 2) the openness and cleanliness of the house, and 3) the reasonableness of the price. I would stay here again for sure!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was great, the kids were in it most of the day when we were there. The sunsets at this house were amazing!! The house was the perfect size for our families.
