Surfside Shores is located in town convenient to everything in Gulf Shores, Shopping, Restaurants, The Hang Out, and fun attractions for a family vacation or a quiet weekend get away. We are private owners, not a huge rental company. Treat yourself to a great vacation in our great condo! Sleeps 6, master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, queen plus luxury sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms have private baths.
The MouleDune condo has easy beach access, with bathrooms, vending machines, bicycle rack, free air for inflatables near the pool, and grills.
- Parking is located onsite (pay at the guard shack). The cost is $25 per vehicle for your stay.
- Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
- Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, make-up remover wipes, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
The MouleDune is near several attractions including: The Hangout, coffee shops, Janino's Pizza, and surf shops. You are a short drive from Gulf Shores State Park, golf courses, shopping, Go-carts, putt putt golf, grocery stores, Rouses market, and more!
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area' and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
