Welcome to 'Just Another Day In Paradise' at Crystal Shores, one of Gulf Shores finest condos on the Gulf of Mexico. Clean and spacious, two bedroom, two bath, gulf-front condo with a large wrap-around waterfront balcony. The condo is a CORNER UNIT (#801) located on the 8th floor (2 elevators or stairs to access). On side balcony, you also see beautiful bay views.

This unit has nine foot ceilings, granite counter-tops, tile throughout, microwave, oven, Keurig coffee maker and regular drip style coffee maker, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, along with a full-size washer and dryer. Also, full size pantry to stock all your grocery needs.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with master bath. Sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony and panoramic gulf views. Listen to the ocean waves as you sleep. Bedroom two has a queen bed with adjoining bathroom and partial bay views. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV/VCRs.

The living room has 50' Flat Panel LCD SmartTV. Living area has sliding doors leading to balcony with unobstructed gulf views. We love to sit and watch the dolphins and sting rays swimming. The dining room has a comfortable eating area with views of the Gulf of Mexico and bay. This condo sleeps four very comfortably. We have a twin air mattress available to use as well.

Close to area nightlife, restaurants, shopping, golf, and fishing. Indoor/outdoor heated pool with swim through connection. Hot tub and sauna along with an exercise facility with incredible gulf views. A game room has foos ball, pool table and air hockey. The lobby contains an on-site management office, as well as, a business center for you to stay connected during your stay. We also have FREE WiFi for you to use. 2 parking passes are included with your stay and will be inside on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

Perfect location right on the beach, and especially loved the wrap around balcony with its variety of furnishings and the nice breeze from having both the south and east sides open. The cleanliness wasn’t great, particularly the floors which we had to clean upon arrival. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Check in was simple and communication with Jason was easy as well. The location is close to anything you could need or want. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There was even a spice rack filled with all the essential seasonings and more. The views from the balcony are exactly as pictured or better and is in the shade almost all day! It was our favorite place to be!!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Gulf Shores because it has the perfect balance of fun and calm. Some days we’re out exploring local shops, state parks, and restaurants — and other days we just sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right outside.

What makes this property unique

We love to sit on the deck and soak up the sun and views. I always take my clubs and fly rod because there is great golf and fishing close by. The beach is perfect, it's big and the sand it like white powder. It's fun to eat out in Gulf Shores, we love Bahama Bob's, Sea-n-Suds and the Hangout all on the ocean. We go biking, skim boarding, crabbing, shopping, relaxing on the beach, early morning beach walks and the water park.
