Cant Beat Beachwalk Villas! Family Friendly, no elevators, no fuss. Lives just like a Beach House. Close to pool and beach. Family loved it. Excellent Manager! Highly recommended.

We had a great week! This comfy oasis has a beautiful backyard lake view, gorgeous, lush surroundings, all the comforts of home & is still soooo convenient to everything! Squeaky clean & inviting spaces like great “book nook” overstuffed chairs, plenty of room for eating in, little touches like cute gift bags of toiletries in the baths, fluffy towels, kitchen supplies & even some games & books make you feel welcomed & at home. Loved it - we’d def book again & tell our friends the same!

It was a nice place to stay last minute Convenient to most places. We never received any instructions about the place when checked in. No WiFi and no instructions on what to do when we checked out and what to do with the garbage.

Great location needs updating

Great location, loved the area, had a few issues with the unit, contacted Property administrators and issues were taken care of promptly. The property needs updating, painting, need to replace mattress in the downstairs bedroom.

Always a GREAT time!

This is our second time staying at the condo in Sandestin and it was just as amazing as our previous stay. The management staff are very easy to get in touch with if anything should come up and they are very prompt to make it right. The condo was super clean and it was well stocked with anything and everything you could need to make your beach vacation the most memorable.

Spring Break 2024

Excellent location to everything and especially the Gulf of Mexico! The property was clean and the listing matched exactly what we found upon our arrival. The Property Manager responded immediately when our door code did not work and we had no other issues during our week stay.
