We are renting our early 20th-century country house, which is 280 m². Set on 3 hectares of grounds in the town of Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from downtown (La Rotonde) and close to major highway routes, it is an ideal vacation spot for spending time in Provence.
It features a beautiful terrace completely shaded by three century-old chestnut trees. This terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner. You’ll find 10 chairs and 2 Fermob tables that can be pushed together to form a single table. You can also enjoy this terrace with outdoor furniture, including a sofa, 4 armchairs, and 1 coffee table.
There is a 15x4 pool (heated by a heat pump from May to October) secured by an electric cover. The pool area is equipped with 4 lounge chairs, a table, and chairs

Parking is available for cars, with the option to charge your electric vehicle if you have one.

The property is located in Montaiguet, where you can set out on walks right from the house.

Pool maintenance and linens are included in the rate.
End-of-stay cleaning: 150 euros
