In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new 48 m² apartment, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2/4 people.
It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A 27 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
You also enjoy a 16m² loggia terrace with garden furniture and a peaceful setting, facing the residence's garden and enjoying a glimpse of the sea! (Please note: the garden vegetation may impair the sea view!). This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a 14m² terrace with garden furniture. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence. A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
