The main big pool is 10 minutes away and is open 7 days a week. The 2 smaller satellite pools are a 5 minute walk away and are also open 7 days a week.

There is a complete 'Guest Welcome Booklet'' located in kitchen, with detailed information on the home, its amenities, the IPCC complex and facilities, as well as recommended restaurants, over 30+ golf courses and shopping malls that are all nearby.   Look for it when you check-in.

Other things to know:
There will be a $500 Security Deposit PreAuthorized on your credit card, prior to your Check-in.

All you need to bring are clothes, food, basic toiletries, beverage of your choice and a desire to kick-back and relax.  We know you will love it.

You will need to provide us with the licence plate or plates of the vehicles coming to give you automatic access at the Security Gate, so you don't have to wait in line. This automated entrance system ONLY works at the 48th Street, 50th Street and Jackson Street entrances. It does not work at the Munro Street entrance.
