The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our extended weekend! Proximity to our scheduled activities was magnificent! The pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing at the end of the day. We would stay here again.

Kevin's house was wonderfully relaxing for our two night stay. The few questions I had were swiftly responded to. There were plenty of towels, a great range of kitchen equipment, and we particularly enjoyed the pool, which was heated especially for our stay. The common space in the home, the kitchen, dining area and family room seating were all under very high ceilings making the place seem wonderfully spacious. The area is very safe and secure - the home being in a very nicely kept gated golfing community. Certainly a home I'd return to, and recommend to others.

Beautiful and semi private yard with a great pool. It was only my wife and I on this trip, but there was plenty of room to bring the kids and some family as the house is a good size with room to spread out. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great home in a great location

Great property in a great location. Easy to visit Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Salton Sea, and more. Property was clean and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving week

I stayed here for Thanksgiving week with my adult sons and my two grandsons. It was the perfect holiday time with family, food and golf. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

Great Place to Stay Near Polo Club

Friend and our sons stayed for 5 days for Sandstorm Lacrosse. Great location with easy distance to Polo Club. Grocery, restaurants, etc. all close. Hot tub was nice after the games. House was clean and tidy. Neighborhood was safe and gated. Will stay here again.

Fun house for a small group or family. Pool is tiny but nice. Great hot tub. Kitchen and appliances could definitely use a refresh but everything was functional. Enjoyed the visit

Great getaway!

Every time I stay at this property I have an amazing time! The hosts are terrific. So responsive and accommodating. I spent all day every day in the pool. It’s absolute perfection. I will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Stagecoach Oasis

We traveled from Colorado for Stagecoach. This house was perfect. Great pool and hot tub to relax by when not at the concerts. Close to things that we needed. Communication with the host was great and attended to what we needed. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!!

Lovely and great location

We really enjoyed this property! It was helpful to have a contact to reach out to for help getting in and out of the gated community. I'm not sure it ever worked properly for us so we just went in the gate with a "manned" station to get in. It is lovely and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities nearby. The property itself was spacious and nice. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Clean upon arrival. Comfortable beds. All in all a lovely stay and would look to stay here again.

Christmas in the Desert

This property has everything you want, location is great. Pool and hot tub great. Very spacious with BBQ and fire area. We didn't want for a single thing. Dishwasher was not working but was up and running very quickly. The only small negative was the outside space was a little dirty but after a quick sweep all was good.

Guys trip for festival - Oasis

The property is exactly as described. Beautiful house with open Living Room / Kitchen to glass doors out to the level deck and pool / hot tub / waterfall. Master bedroom very large, no door to the shower area, so you have to lock the bedroom door, no big deal. Another area to sleep when you enter the home, with a day bed and a trundle bed, with privacy curtains at both passageways. Back bedroom has two sleeping areas / two beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, a coffee maker, and also has seasoning / spices from other visitors, which was handy! For 8 adults we had a stress free great time. During festivals, locals can drive you (for a tip) to the edge of the neighborhood on their golf cart, saves you about a mile of walking. Highly recommended!

Great Place!

We booked this last minute and glad we stayed there. Had a nice pool and hot tub which was perfect size for us. WIFI was very good and house was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the BBQ was nice to use. The 3 replacement tanks were empty but host refilled them for us in good time. Shana, the property manager, was great to deal with and answered our questions very quickly. The house could do with a updated manual with all instructions which would greatly reduce the number of texts back and forth throughout the week. Only other issue was entry into the complex was very slow and took usually 20 minutes or so. Apparently a temporary issue, but not clear why took so long. This was out of the hosts's control though! Thanks for everything!

Summer Staycation

The house was amazing. Very spacious with lots of room. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to make food and snacks. The rooms were clean. We brought extra toilet paper just in case but there was plenty there. The pool looked small at first but it was good: 1 side was shallow and the other end was deep. The jacuzzi was nice too and at night the lights looked awesome. It was hot out but you didn't really feel it in the water. They had plenty of towels and we were able to wash them. We were able to BBQ and truly enjoy the house. we did smores for the little ones and enjoyed the outside. Just a suggestion to those staying there, make sure to water after you bbq or use the fire pit cuz those ants bite. ;) Overall, we loved the house, the security of the property, the amenities, and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely must do again. :)

Very clean and spacious house that had everything we needed.

Wonderful gated community. Plenty of space in the house. Great communication/response from the property manager. The house had everything we needed. Our time there was the end of October and the temperature was cooler than expected and one day of rain. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi was cold. It took a few days to get the water temperature fixed. Lots of seating by the pool for relaxing but the golf course groundskeepers were working on the course during the day with loud tractors/mowers two of our days there. Cable and WiFi worked great. Enjoyed the full-size appliances. Property could use some landscaping work(especially around the patio/pool/jacuzzi) and updated kitchen cabinets but this is just aesthetics and everything was functional. We would definitely rent again and recommend this property.

Relaxing week!

My family and I had a super relaxing week here. The interior was very comfortable and we had all we needed. The outdoor needed a little more upkeep but we still enjoyed the pool and spa every single day!
