Great house with nice size rooms. Pool was a little small compared to expected but nice and clean. Master bedroom was huge. Kitchen was well stocked and location was great! The Beach House restaurant was just down the road and had great food.

My family enjoyed staying there. It is a great location. The house was beautiful and the pool was awesome. The only could be better if is some minor repairs(such as toilet paper holder is loose and the outdoor steps are in need of repairing. Overall, it is an amazing place when you have multiple kids because you don’t have to be quiet like in a condo. I plan on going there again!

Location was great, but that's it.. the place is still stuck in the 70s and that's even included the appliances.. The pool was nice, but don't let the photos fool you it's small but it did work for us. Wouldn't stay there again mainly because how outdated, the up keep was terrible and really not that clean of a place!

The house had everything we needed for the week. Loved that it was pet friendly. The house is more dated than the listing described and it is a well used rental. Overall it was good.

Property needs a lot of updating. The outside deck needs full repair, nails sticking up. Called the first day about the lights inside the pool did not work and was told they were working on getting someone out to the house. No one ever came to fix the lights.

Great location and accommodations. Beach was within walking distance as well as a great local restaurant & convenience store for last minute forgotten items. Nice patio to listen to the ocean waves at night. Be prepared to rent from local vendor for beach chairs/umbrellas in advance.

Family Spring Break

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we lucked out with booking this property. The short walk to the beach made it super convenient, the fenced in yard for our dogs was such a bonus, and the pool, while super chilly, was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property and this beach to our friends

The property was located in a convenient location and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The check in process and communication was very good. The negatives were that the house was a little dated (pictures look good). Appliances are breaking and need replaced, carpet and rug looked dirty. The house smelled smutty and needs to be deep cleaned. Would never rent again during spring break neighbors were loud the entire time except for our last night, no fault of the house.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, clean pool, and smooth check-in and communication. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness, odor, and appliance concerns—this is not the standard we strive for, and we are addressing these items with our team. We also understand how disruptive noise can be during peak times like spring break and appreciate your understanding that this is outside of our control. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us improve.
