Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
• Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
• A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
• Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
*These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

Good Better Best

This 5 Star house checks all the boxes! Our top criteria are pet friendly, comfy beds, and a well stocked kitchen....all these items were not only met but exceeded. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation rental property we've ever stayed in and the king bed on the lower level was heavenly! I spent over 37 years in the airline industry and can be rather particular about accommodations that claim to be 5 star. This place is legit! Christy was awesome to work with and was able to meet any need we had. Just book it....you won't be sorry!

Good Better Beach checks the "better" box

Good Better Beach offers an ideal location, only a few minutes drive from Surf City and a very, very short walk to the beach. The views of the inlet and beach are outstanding, with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The house itself has a logical floorplan and was well decorated. The kitchen is stocked better than most. It was cold during our stay but the decks would be much enjoyed most of the year. I would definitely recommend Good Better Beach.

Good better beach is a nice place.

Nice house, very convenient location. Owner responded quickly to my messages and the one time I had to call her when I could not get into the house, due to a problem with the electronic deadbolt (lock code did not work) for the elevator door. Overall, I would recommend.

Christy is a realtor in the RDU area of North Carolina and we have managed multiple Short Term Rental properties in NC for the last 5 years. Good Better Beach has been part of a rental program for the last 4 years through a local management company, and beginning in 2021, our family will be managing this property for our guests. Since purchasing this home in 2018, we have upgraded all of the furniture, including mattresses, sofas, flooring and lighting fixtures.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted a house at the beach and looked for a home that we could easily walk to the beach to relax. Good Better Beach is 50 yards from the beach and has amazing views of both the ocean and sound, creating many breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the decks of the home. With 4 bedrooms and an elevator, Good Better Beach is ideal for any size family looking to get away! Topsail Island is known for its great beaches, being a sea turtle sanctuary, and has many great restaurants within 15 minutes for dining.
