The location of this home was fabulous. We were a block away from a beach access walkway. The beach was beautiful and very uncrowded. The house was great for the size of our family. It was a nice place to stay for a week at the beach.

We love Topaisl and this is definitely a stellar rental. Excellent location to the beach, plenty of space with extended family, very comfortable beds and amenities, great all around. We'll certainly considwr for the future trips. Thanks again!

Very nice home and close to the beach. Love the elevator made for easy transporting of luggage and older people that can not get up and down stairs easily. Host very accommodating and excellent communication. Would highly recommend

While the house itself looks great. The cleanliness was subpar. There was a dirty wet mop in the kitchen with gunk coming out of it. 5 water bugs were killed during the stay. The worst part was the ongoing construction. Thankfully the rain kept the construction away the first day but there was no heads up about this. Definitely would have booked else where.

Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry your experience didn't meet the standard we aim for. You are the first guest to mention the home's cleanliness or to see any bugs. We have quarterly pest control, and I have called them to return to the house. I also spoke with our cleaning crew. Construction next door runs Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Your stay was Friday-Sunday, and our check-in time is at 4:00 pm. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are very happy that the construction is moving along QUICKLY and will hopefully be completed soon!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was well-appointed with lots of room to spread out, inside and out. It has great views of both the ocean and the interior waters, and is a short walk to the beach. The beds have really good mattresses and pillows. The best part is the elevator. It is large enough to fit our power wheelchair. We'd return to this property, for sure.

The house layout was perfect. I loved the topFloor suite with an office space, I was able to work in a quiet location when needed. The house was very clean with several deck options to get views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterways.

The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.One of the highlights was definitely the view, it was truly beautiful and made the whole experience even more special. Terrific beach house for a family. Location was ideal just across the street from the beach making a great day at the beach easy & accessible. Communication was outstanding and the house was very comfortable. The only thing we wish we would have noticed earlier was the need to separately rent linens. Sweet Dreams made it simple but it did add a few hundred dollars to the overall cost of the rental. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!
