CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 0508 is a cheerful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Enjoy gazing at sunrises and sunsets from the cozy living/dining area in this open-concept living space. You’ll find the kitchen fully stocked with an abundance of cupboard and counter space, perfect for serving and preparing meals. Casually savor snacks at the bar, with seating for four. Lounge in the living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, both equipped with flat-screen televisions.

Head over to the Destin harbor just five minutes away and rent a pontoon, waverunner, kayak, or paddleboard. Check out the Destin Commons, a hugely popular outdoor mall with stores for the whole family. Whether you’re a water enthusiast or an avid shopper, you’ll find it all in Destin, FL!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
