FEB & MARCH NOW AVAILABLE DUE TO WINTER GUEST LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION.......Pelican Beach Resort is first class with its amenities. The location is right across the street from the Big Kuhuna Water park, and near many great restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has 3 heated pools, two are strictly outdoor and one is an indoor/outdoor pool, and two hot tubs. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball, covered parking, EV Chargers, umbrella and chair rentals, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.

Located on the 11th floor where ocean/beach views can been seen from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom, our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

NOTES/RULES/RESTRICTIONS: 6 GUEST MAX PER CONDO IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. IN ADDITION, THERE MUST BE ONE PERSON OVER AGE 25 PER 3 PEOPLE UNDER, AND AT LEAST ONE HAS TO BE A PARENT TO ONE OF THE ONES UNDER AGE 25. THIS IS A RESORT RULE, AND THE OWNERS HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. ID IS CHECKED AND SECURITY BRACLETS ARE GIVEN TO EACH GUEST. UNFORTUNATELY PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT PELICAN BEACH. SERVICE ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED, HOWEVER EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS ARE NOT.
IN ORDER TO BRING A SERVICE ANIMAL YOU MUST HAVE THE SERVICE ANIMALS LICENSE, PROOF OF SHOTS AND A LETTER FROM YOUR DOCTOR TO SHOW AT CHECK-IN. IN ADDITION, THE SERVICE ANIMAL MUST BE UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES, NEVER LEFT ALONE, DOES NOT BARK IN THE CONDO, AND MUST BE ON A LEASH, AND WALK WITH THE PERSON TO WHICH IS IS ASSIGNED. IF THESE REGULATIONS ARE NOT MET PELICAN BEACH MANAGEMENT REQUIRES THE DOG BE BOARDED FOR THE REST OF YOUR STAY.

The condo was very clean and in the perfect area for food and fun. Everything was nice and we had everything we needed. Only downfall was the curtains in main bedroom are not blackout and the sun rises on that side so the light comes in very early. Overall a great stay!

Yes, I agree with you. I also feel the beach rules are a little strict, although most owners believe they help maintain order and structure. That said, these rules are set by the beach service rental company and are outside of my control, so they should not be included in a review of my condo.

First trip to Destin

This was our first trip to Destin and the condo and location was absolutely amazing! I loved the gated community and felt safe and everyone was so nice and friendly at check in and check out. The condo had everything we needed for our days at the beach. We will definitely be back to Destin and will stay here again!
