The Space:

If you’re looking for good times and tan lines, head to SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Located just steps from the beach, property amenities abound ensuring a pleasurable experience for all! The resort has extensive offerings indoors, including a gift shop for souvenirs and keepsakes. Swing by the fitness facility and check out the sauna and steam room. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the ideal location to host large personal or professional functions. If the sand and sea are calling your name, head outdoors and relax by the newly-renovated pool or lounge gulfside with a beach chair/umbrella (additional fee). While you’re out there, be sure to check out the tiki bar and grab some complimentary DVD rentals on your way back to the unit. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0515 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll love the open-concept living/dining space, complete with great views from virtually everywhere! Recline in the chair in the living room or snuggle up on the sofa and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV surrounded by the colors of the sand and sea. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the counter and cabinet space in the kitchen, perfect for preparing snacks and meals. Take in the sunset on the balcony, accessible from either the living room or master suite. Settle in for the night on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Enjoy fresh, seasonal and locally inspired cuisine at any number of restaurants within close proximity to the resort. Check out Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House or Harbor Docks, both overlooking the Destin harbor and just a five minute drive.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
