This 1-bedroom condo includes a full kitchen, open living and dining area, and a private balcony perfect for unwinding. With two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering a practical and inviting setup for your Destin getaway.



The Space:

SunDestin Beach Resort is situated in the heart of Destin, FL, and directly along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico coast. With panoramic views of emerald green waters, amenities that give you little reason to leave the resort, and local cuisine and shopping just a few miles away, SunDestin Beach Resort is a Destin vacation rental hotspot. The warm and friendly staff of Scenic Stays is honored to be onsite at SunDestin. Throughout your stay, they are available to you, just swing by the 24/7 front desk for concierge-style service.



SunDestin Beach Resort boasts many amenities, so pick your pleasure. Between the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor tiki bar, you’ll have endless water entertainment for you and the family.  Get a workout in at the fitness facility, equipped with a sauna. While you take in the coastal vibes in the lobby, stop by the gift shop for some must-have Destin goodies or much-needed sunscreen.  Let the kids pick a favorite DVD from our complimentary DVD rental. If you tire yourself out from building sandcastles and soaking up the sun.



SunDestin Unit 0716 greets you with an open floor plan and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living area, perfect for plopping down sandy beach bags and heading directly into the kitchen for a snack. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with all the essentials, so whether you are looking to whip up some sandwiches for the beach or a nice dinner for the family, this kitchen has all the tools to make it happen. This unit was recently refreshed with new paint and furniture. You’ll find comfortable seating and a flat-panel television with a DVD player in the living room, and let’s not forget the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. Gaze at the emerald green water from inside the unit or from the balcony.



The master bedroom includes a flat-panel television, but it’s hard to watch a show when you have stunning views of the Gulf. With a full ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom accessed through the main living area, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacay to the fullest. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accomodating up to six people.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Loved our stay with Scenic Stays!

We had such a wonderful time on our trip to Destin with Scenic Stays! It was clean, staff was helpful and friendly and we loved having a pool, hot tub and being beachfront. The condo/hotel offered amenities and we were close to so many good restaurants and activities. Great place for kids and families! Would stay here again :)

A lovely condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Even with construction going on in the building (we were informed before booking), our stay was quiet and undisturbed by noise. The condo was every well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful week's stay. Some suggestions would be to bring a rubber mat for the tub if slipping is a concern, and a pair of kitchen scissors, otherwise all was provided. We would stay again.

This was a great experience. Greeted by an awesome view upon entry. The place was very clean and adequately equipped with towels and wash cloths. The kitchen was also a plus! Overall, great experience!

Very nice!

The staff members were all so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the view was just as advertised. The gift shop had what we needed. Had a sandwich from The Pelican! Great! The gym was even very clean. I would stay again!

Had a great time the condo was very clean !!! Location was perfect !! We’re coming back in September for a week . The only thing I would recommend would be a late check out I payed for a full day to stay on the beach for a couple hours we had a afternoon flight . Just a suggestion Thank You Cheryl

Wonderful condo!

I enjoyed the condo. We had a wonderful time. Everyone at SunDestin was great. We brought chairs and an umbrella, and they said we could not put up our umbrella. The guys setting up the chairs, umbrellas etc. by the beach said they were contracted out and we had to purchase from them. The place itself was wonderful though!

Generally a very nice unit. It could use some hand towel bars in the bathroom, and it would be nice to have dish soap for the kitchen since pods for the dishwasher were provided. The plates and cups were not microwaveable, which would be a very good to have in the unit, as well as a Keurig Coffee maker.

Great Beach, But Be Aware of a Few Hiccups

SunDestin Resort boasts a stunning backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico, and overall, we had an enjoyable stay despite a few inconveniences.The property is currently undergoing construction, but for the most part, it didn’t interfere with our experience. However, parking was a bit of a challenge. At check-in, we were informed that we would need to use overflow parking due to the resort being at full capacity. While the front desk staff said this was noted on the website, we had booked several weeks in advance, and that update wasn’t posted until just a few days before our arrival. We did receive an email about the parking situation, but it arrived at 4:30 PM—about half an hour after check-in time.Getting to and from our room was also occasionally frustrating, as one of the elevators was out of service during our stay. That said, the lobby and surrounding areas were clean and well maintained.The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The shoreline was beautiful, and the chair rental service was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the friendly vendor staff. All in all, I would recommend SunDestin if you’re aware of a few ongoing issues—limited parking, construction, and a more hotel-like setup rather than a traditional condo experience. The beach and views make it worth it, especially if you go in knowing what to expect.

Cute but lacking a few details

Condo furnishings were super cute. You could tell it was recently renovated with new flooring. The new paint looked to be thrown on the walls in a rush. I would suggest more throw rugs especially at the entrance and sliding doors. Also needs fixtures to hang hand towels at both bathroom sinks. The hot water heater was turned very low but maintenance came quick and changed the setting for us so we could get hot showers.

Nice property, convenient to everything!

Nice property, convenient to everything, the boardwalk restaurant is within walking distance from the beach. It was nice to hang at the beach then go for a drink and a snack. My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Destin vacation

The property was fine, my only two complaints were all the fees for the room, makes the room rate look reasonable then bam a ton of fees for a 3 day stay. My other complaint was the chairs that you have to rent on the beach, just seemed like an additional expense for a beach you are already paying for. Other than that it was a great place and will probably stay again.
