Loved the Condo. It was great having a garage and you couldn’t beat the location! Lots of restaurants and shopping within a half mile radius.

The unit was perfect for my son and I, bathroom each, huge and comfortable beds. Air con was a treat. Was a really nice spot to come home to with the weather being so hot outside. Will definitely use again

Nice, quiet and private

We really enjoyed our 5+ week stay at Val Vista. Unfortunately the lap pool was down a lot of the time (things happen). We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back here. Nice community. We weren't aware that there is a flight of stairs you have to take getting in and out of the house, so if you're mobile impaired, be aware. Nice accomodations. Was a home away from home (a step up from our home, which makes it doubly nice).

One of our best VRBO Experiences ever

Positives -- well supplied with paper products, detergents,etc. Very comfortable beds. Nice, effective AC (for 110 degree days). Nice fitness center. Garage with remote. Two TVs and many channels. No problems with WiFi. Owner responded immediately to small problem to fix it. Plenty of kitchen ware and dish/glass ware. Would have preferred -- cotton rather than synthetic fabric sheets, a few smaller dishes. Note -- because the unit is on the second floor, if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you.

Enjoyable stay!

It was a great set up ... the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths ... long hallway, good sized kitchen and open plan living room. Very comfortable, especially the king size bed in the master! We'll definitely stay there again if we go back to Phoenix!

Stay a month or more and you have access to the community center that has a lap pool and a beach with sand around a huge pond, tennis, pontoon rentals etc. Management communicated beyond quickly when we had internet issues. It was a simple button that needed to be pressed. He came over did himself. Called COX, but of course they were trying to sell a new router. Gotta love cable companies. Well recommend renting here and from this Management Company!!

An excellent temporary stay

Having moved down to Arizona for work and looking for temporary accommodation until I could arrange something more permanent, I cannot fault this property for it's high standards of cleanliness, its facilities and location. Everything was provided and meant that I could concentrate on settling in to work, my new location and enable me to spend time on a search for a long lease property. I had no issues (that weren't self imposed) and the whole process from moving in to moving out was seamless. I really enjoyed my time there, only enhanced by the presence of three owls resident in the trees by the excellent pool!

Perfect Home away from Home!

Wonderful property for an extended stay. Townhouse was perfect and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Location is close to everything. Neighborhood was quiet, with residential lakes and lots of trees. Perfect for evening walks. Carter (property management) was beyond helpful, accommodated everything we needed. A great place to stay!

Nice, but a little dirty. Oh Scorpion inside

Area was nice. Access to Club was great. Carpet was very dirty. Toaster was difficult to operate. No Hair Dryer available upon arrival. Landlord immediately provided. Live, venemus, Scorpion was found in grandchildren's bedroom. Had to go to motel for 3 nights until inside house was sprayed by contractor. Landlord was very negative to fact that I was owed money for having to leave and pay for motel for 3 days. I feel that I am still owed the money as it was not my fault the Scorpion got inside the condo. No retribution was ever presented. So would never use this place again.

Reservation was made for 2 adults. Guest had two small grandchildren staying at the property the whole time as well. AS they were never on the original reservation or any lease agreement, they are the sole responsibility of guest, not management, as well as anything that happens to them. Never cleaned the unit at all during entire stay- place was filthy. Would not rent to this guest again.

California lifestyle in the desert

we really enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The townhouse was very clean. The King bed slept very well. We spent 2 months and wished we stayed longer. Restaurants and grocery store were within a short walk. . The clubhouse had a heated pool, but we really enjoyed the solitude of the pool in the complex with hot tub. The neighborhood was ideal for morning walks. Fresh grass, fruit trees and wide sidewalks made it a real pleasure. We took many trips to the library to explore the Riparian Preserve trails.

Great property, great location, enjoy your stay!

I'll start by saying the manager provided excellent customer service. Very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Thank you! The property itself was clean and in great shape. The appliances are all updated and it feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The televisions have been upgraded to HDTV, it has basic cable, and WiFi is provided. So you can watch the basic cable or bring your own HULU, Roku, or other on-line content. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, which is very convenient. Everything other than food is provided. Towels, washclothes, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, spices, washer, dryer...,there are even some grilling options on the patio. Speaking of the patio, it is a nice little retreat for hanging out, having a cocktail, playing cards, or whatever you might want to do in the evening air. The clubhouse and swimming pools are top notch. Be sure to bring your tennis and racquetball gear! It's such a peaceful neighborhood, you might just take a walk or jog, too. The location is very central to the east valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale), and there are several golf courses and good restaurants close by. There is a major super market right around the corner. There is even a 1-car garage, which is a great place to keep your car out of the sun and to store your clubs! I would definitely recommend this property!

Val Vista Lakes area is beautiful and fun. Our condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would really have appreciated upgraded TVs in both living room and bedroom (Hdtv). Would. Come back agsin!

Location! Setting! It had it all.

We rented here because of a wedding we were to attend at the Clubhouse. We love the "little Beach House Condos". This open floor plan is perfect. We found that the patio was shaded, so we could use it most of the day. That was an added bonus. Yes, we would stay again.
