I am retired and was President of a computer company. I have a home in Florda which I use in the winter, and a home in Upstate NY for the summer months. The winter weather is great in Florida, but it can get cool and not be beach weather. In St. Maarten the weather is normally 80 degrees and sunny almost everyday.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Location, location, location. We love to walk to a french bakery in the morning, or ice cream in the evening. You can visit Roxxy's right next door for dinner and entertainment. You have the worlds largest yachts going by, except the Russin Billionaire's yacht that was a few hundred feet long and couldn't fit under the bridge so it docks right in front of the resort. But, if you prefer to just lay on the beach and veg out, the French side is very quiet more remote, and might be what you prefer.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
You get all the benefits of a full service hotel, front desk, bell hops, concierge social director. Rental cars are usually available at the resort. There is a swim up bar in the pool. Also, a lounge and bar is on the second floor where guest congregate. There is a restaurant called the Cabana on site by the pool. We would go site seeing during the day, and make it back to the resort for the two for one cocktails. They may also have their Sunday welcome party with free drinks and Horsdoeuvres.
