The Cliff is proud to present its great pools: The infinity pool Overlooking the Ocean perfect for a sunset moment, the nice kid's pool, and the indoor half Olympic pool, perfect for a swimming session

This contemporary renovated condo is at the edge of the sea located in the private community of The Cliff, only 1 min to the French/Dutch Border. This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees. The main living area and the master bedroom have a stunning view of the blue sky, turquoise Caribbean Sea and other islands.

The contemporary interior décor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey, and lime fabrics. The open-plan living area features a fully new and modern furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces.

The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a new king size bed and spacious mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches of the island, only 3 minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Walking distance to the laidback Bar Code restaurant; the Latino and Italian restaurants, and just beyond; the nightlights of Maho. 2 minutes
In 5 minutes you reach the airport, 10 minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot, and about 30 minutes to either Grand Case or Phillipsburg.

This condo is beautiful. The place is nicely decorated and no detail overlooked. The balcony is large enough for a family. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.The pool and grounds are well maintained. It a hard decision to walk to Mullet Bay or relax by the pool.It's a nice walk to restaurants and shops.

The room was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. The host had every imaginable thing that you would need. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and very large washer and dryer. The host even had a dehumidifier which came in handy as there were days it was humid outside. The balcony was also very relaxing to sit in the morning listening to the waves crashing. The walk to the private beach was easy as it was steps from the pool and when I say it was private, I mean it. There were times it was just our family there. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The American University is close by so the local restaurants were very reasonably priced. The best places we ate at were as follows: Fat Tony’s (burgers were good, get fried onions on it). In and Out (a little breakfast and lunch place that serves large sandwiches for under 10. Cupecoy Baquette ( across the street from Fat Tony’s) had great pastries and fresh OJ. Then right next door is a Japanese restaurant that had decent boba drinks. The restaurants that definitely was not with it was the Thai and Japanese restaurant by the Starz casino. Average at best and overpriced. Finally the best restaurant we went to was Roma (Italian restaurant in Maho). It ranks as one of the best Italian restaurant we visited. But avoid Mr. Chows unless you are going there for their appetizers and sushi. Stay away from their Chinese food. Overpriced and portions are small.

This was our 2nd visit to The Cliff and this beautiful condo. Love the upgrades to the condo that were made and the kitchen is really nice. You have everything you would ever need plus more with the amazing view of the ocean!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for families! Nice pool area, private beach with good snorkeling and an amazing view of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. It is so nice to have a full kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. We relaxed on the terrace in the evening and watched movies every night. The restaurant is 5 stars as well! We would definitely stay here again.

The Cliffs is a beautiful property and so convenient to many beautiful beaches. The infinity pool is gorgeous and both John and Stacey are so easy to work with, I highly recommend. The location is within walking distance of Mullet Beach, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient to the airport too.
