This modern newly built custom one of a kind guest house located on the banks of the Colorado river in Palisade wine country. Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom attached to main house has a comfortable king bed and comfortable sofa bed, small kitchenette, steps from the Colorado river float from Riverbend park in Palisade to the house w its private beach, large fishing lake, working farm animal sanctuary for alpaca, goats, pigs,dogs,cats, chickens, even a emu that all free range the property.

Very Cute

My family loved this place. It was exactly what we needed for our stay passing through. The property is beautiful. Between the Colorado River and the animals you won’t want to spend any time inside. It’s in a great location in reference to the wineries and downtown area. The owners weren’t invasive at all. We will definitely book again when we go out that way.

very scenic and relaxing. farm animals and sweet doggies were a bonus. our friends want to stay there next time.

Amazing!

This entire property is just amazing. There aren't proper word to describe how perfect it is. The owners and the caretaker are all so pleasant and relaxed to deal with. All of the dogs are so friendly and give such an at home feel. All of the animals that free range are so sweet and just make for a one of a kind stay and experience. This entire property is their home, and I considered it a honor to be welcomed by the animals ans people. We hope to return with our entire family so they can see just how amazing this place is!

Fantastic stay!

The pups were so friendly and cute! It is a solid 20 minute + bike ride into town but makes the wine tastings well deserved! Moo Moo the Emu made this Aussie relive her childhood :)
