Come find "Joie de Vie" (Joy of Life) at Palisade Legends, a cool and calm respite to busy lives! We are at the center of many fun activities if that is what you are looking for, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the private backyard space complete with outdoor dining, gas grill and calming bubbling water fountain. With a fully modern, appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of privacy, this property has everything that you need. We even have private bike storage within your private carport to keep your toys safe and ready for action!

As part of the Palisade Legends community, Joy of Life is located close to the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, Downtown Palisade and so much more! Come home from a day of mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, wine tasting, a scenic drive through vineyards and orchards on the Fruit and Wine Byway, or walking and biking along the Colorado River on the nearby Riverfront Trail, and enjoy a dip in the community pool (open mid-May to mid-September). While you're here, enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield, the Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa while walking our community trails.

Yes! We are a dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional $40/night plus tax pet fee. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit.

Cool - tiny home near the wineries in Palisade

My wife and I had a short two night stay while we were visiting the Colorado National Monument and several wineries in the area. Our friends stayed in a nearby unit in the same neighborhood, and it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay at Palisdade Legends

This property was perfect for our needs. It was a small unit but had everything we needed including a nice enclosed backyard for our dog. The unit was brand new and modern which was a pleasant change after being out in the countryside the past week. Close to Palisade and Grand Junction and all the activities - wine tasting to mountain biking. We will stay here on our next trip out there.

Colorado - Wedding Venue stay

Loved the place, loved the design. All amenities were there. Didn't need anything but our food at the grocery store. One of the best VRBO's we stayed at. Very accommodating. Very quite, wish we enjoyed. My niece was getting married at Carboy Vineyard so worked out nicely.

Nice wine country spot

The house was small but very nice and clean. Covered parking spot and a very nice pool area. The place is in a rural area so very quiet. Convenient to many wineries and orchards, and not far from downtown Palisade. Would stay again!

The property was nice and as advertised. It was modern very nice kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pull outs, The living space was small but fine for a long weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. We will have to come back when the pool is open!

Palisade weekend

Excellent single dwelling as a part of a small tiny house community. Location is perfectly situated between Grand Junction and Palisade, both are less than 10 minute drive, with a nice private backyard. The place looks brand new with very modern interior design and multiple upgrades. we very much enjoyed our weekend in Palisade with wine tours and hiking, would definitely stay here again!

Peach picking

We came for the peaches and found the area had so much more to offer! The riverside trail is just down the street so we didn’t have to drive to it. We enjoyed long walks along the river with our two dogs in the cool early mornings. The place was perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Lovely community

Our family enjoyed this home and the community amenities. We used the pool daily and had it all to ourselves. We also hung out in the backyard daily and enjoyed the water feature. The house was well stocked with cookware. My two year old and I used the pullout and found it comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house is in a perfect location to go to Palisade to the fruit/ vegetable stands and for dinner. It was a great place for us to stay while in town.
