Nearby is the Aviator TapHouse for live music and brewery fresh beer! Across the street is Aviator Pizzeria and BeerShop with a large outdoor patio and plenty of Aviator Beer and also other selections: seltzer, wine, liquor.

Aviator Brewing Company is a brewery located in Fuquay Varina. We brew beer and distribute across the SouthEast. We own 3 restaurants in Fuquay Varina. Come see us and drink some beer!

This room is located above a restaurant. Near the back windows are the hood system. There is noise coming from these electric motors. At night this downtown location has noise. If you need it very quiet this is not the place for you. Please no cats.

Love staying here. Location is great. This was our second time staying here. Was not as clean as the first time but nothing that could not be over looked. Spiderwebs, bugs in bathroom. Coffee was supplied which was nice but no filters. Fans would be nice to have handy as it got hot at night while sleeping. Would stay again for sure though.

This is such a cute area and we loved the location. We had no issues with noise and there are many choices of good food, drinks and live music! We will stay here again if in the area for sure! LOVED it!

Easy access in a great location.

If you're going to Raleigh for a show, or concert and want to spend the night somewhere, I highly recommend this property, and having a brewpub and smoke house downstairs is quite nice.

The location was fantastic! Quaint downtown that was easy to walk and check out the restaurants and shops. Loved the character of the the building the apartment is located in and the apartment itself. Also loved that the host leaves some delicious craft beer in the fridge for the guest.

It was a great place to stay, right in the middle of the historic part of town with restaurants, shops, live entertainment all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with everything you could need. And, Mark responded very quickly to all of our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot in town

What a great fun area to stay. We wanted something different than a hotel and got it. People were great and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommend to anyone that wants to stay downtown. The host was great by the way.

Great spot

I was staying for a few days while checking out a nearby flight school and the apartment was perfect! Super easy check-in/out, the aviation theme was neat, and the facility itself was great. Everyone was super friendly and the Aviator restaurants/breweries were tasty. I'm glad I stayed at this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

Another awesome visit

This apartment is centrally located to everything we need when we’re in town visiting family. It is spacious, super clean, and communication with the owner is always great. All basic dishes and pots/pans are provided which is nice, the in unit washer and dryer is a perk too. Highly recommend lunch or dinner at the smokehouse, you can’t go wrong staying here!

The apartment was so convenient to everything in Fuquay. It was a very comfortable place to stay. I loved the skylights and the big bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit friends. I already recommended it to two people!

Great Location if you like to walk to bars/restaurants

We first chose this location because it was close to where family lived. But we Loved that after spending time with family we could come back to our room and just walk across the street or next door to get a drink and some late night bites. There was always music and it was a great way to wind down.

Great location. Noise was not a problem except the birds were loud in the morning. Lol. AC worked very well. Beds were firm and comfortable. Would stay here again.
