Quiet, Beach Facing Master Bedroom! Spectacular Views!

2 bedroom and 2 bath condo tastefully decorated in coastal style with many recent upgrades including a new floor throughout, new tub-to-shower conversion in master bath, new tub/surround in second bath. This premium floor plan is unique in that the master bedroom and the living room are both located on the oversized 25-foot balcony with balcony access from each room. The master bedroom faces the beach which is much quieter than those that are located at the walkway entrance. There are only 21 of these units in Seychelles and only a handful of other complexes in PCB offer this unique floor plan. The layout also allows for a separate bedroom/bunkroom at the condo entrance instead of the traditional bunks in the hallway, allowing privacy for all. Come stay in unit 1805 and awake viewing the Gulf of Mexico each morning.

NEW for 2022 is a brand-new couch, new end tables with USB ports and kitchen table. Comfy NEW chaise for the balcony just arrived in mid February! The condo has three flat screen televisions with over 100 stations, free high speed wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and Corian counter tops. King bed in main bedroom replaced in November of 2020, very comfortable. Newer full-size washer/dryer. Master bedroom features a walk-in shower with custom turtle mosaic and a double vanity. Second bath is a full tub/shower. This condo has many updates for your enjoyment. Seychelles features two swimming pools, one hot tub and a fitness room.

Seychelles is located in the quite east side of Panama City Beach less than one mile from Saint Andrews Park and the marina where you can catch the shuttle to fabulous Shell Island. Pier Park is a short drive away. For dining, the famous Schooners restaurant with nightly entertainment is adjacent to the condominium and Captain Andersons, J Michaels, Patches and The Grand Marlin are all located within one mile.

Please note that parking is limited to one vehicle per condo unit starting Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend till last Saturday of July and Thursday thru Monday of Labor Day Weekend. Parking restrictions are also in effect during events being held next door at Schooners. This condo is not pet friendly per HOA rules not allowing guests to have pets along with owner family allergies.

Come watch dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays swim in the clear water from your 158 square foot balcony on the 18th floor. Great place to watch boat return to the bay while watching the sun set. The perfect vacation spot to create memories!

This unit was great! Very clean and well appointed, super comfy beds, amazing view of the ocean! The master bedroom was wonderful but the 2nd bedroom was quite small. It is fine for a single person or kids but it is almost impossible for a couple to use the room. There is only room to sleep. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. It's on the quiet end of the beach but near a couple of great restaurants like Cantina Del Mar. Our host was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I can see us rebooking here in the future.

Great spot on the beach!

Condo was clean and just the right size for our family of 4. Location was convenient - right on the beach plus within walking distance of a few places to eat. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Would definitely look here if we are ever back in PCB!

Beautiful vacation

This place is great stay for a family vacation. The wildlife view from the balcony was amazing. Condo manager was amazing to work with even with last minute changes. We will definitely be back for another family vacation.

Great vacation! Excellent host!

Everything about this property from the time it was booked to the time we checked out was a seamless process. Rhonda was an excellent communicator which made our stay that much better. The property was everything as advertised, and we will definitely be returning again next summer. Very relaxing vacation.

Great condo, nice hosts!

Really nice to have 2 rooms, 2 bath and pullout couch. Kitchen stocked nicely with a pantry and washer dryer. Great showers and lovely decor. Ready to visit again!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this condo and had a great time. Rhonda is a great person, the condo was great and at a great location. Too sum it up, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great Fall Break

The owner was very responsive and the condo was well stocked and clean. Bunk beds in a separate room was great for our teen. The views were amazing and we love the location on the quiet end of the beach. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Better than expected!

The condo was adorable, communication with the host was excellent and it was extremely clean. There were even 4 beach chairs to use which was great! All of the cabinets were stocked with any utensils, dishes and cookware you could want. Loved being next to Schooners!

Pride in ownership!

Seychelles is one of the best condo buildings in PCB, and this is one of the best units in the building! Rhonda was an exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful hostess. The furnishings, accessories, and housewares were all quality and not just cheap junk for the renters to use. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out - we’ll be back!

Perfect

From check in to check out, the process was so easy. The stay at this condo was wonderful! The view is absolutely amazing. We saw sting rays, dolphins, and even sharks from the balcony! The location is perfect, right next to schooners for a quick bite. Its on the east end of PCB so it’s very quiet compared to other locations we’ve stayed at. The owners of the condo are very attentive and available if needed for anything, giving you a peace of mind while your relaxing on vacation! The stay at this condo was definitely a memorable one and we will be visiting again! Thank you again for everything!

Fall Break

Our family had such a great time on this trip. The condo is exactly as pictured. It has everything you need. Clean, updated, and a very comfortable king bed. The location is perfect and Schooners is right next door. The condo parking was easy and very convenient. The elevators were always fast and clean. I was very impressed with the condo complex in general. Working with Rhonda was the best experience I have had with a property manager. I can’t tell you one thing i didn’t like or would change. Looking forward to coming back to 1805 next year!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Rhonda's condo. Right on the beach, quiet and the fastest elevator we've used in a condo unit/hotel EVER. Even staying on the 18th floor, we never waited more than 60 seconds for the elevator. The resort is several miles east of PCB center so it was quieter and less congested traffic than resorts further to the west. I was a little concerned when we found the room is located near the elevator (b/c I'm a very light sleeper) but the master bedroom was beach side and we could only hear the sound of the waves, so that worked out great! The resort staff kept the elevators and common areas spotless. I even noticed the workers washing down the walls of the elevator in the mornings which I liked. And, of course, the unit was VERY clean and inviting and Rhonda was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay at this resort again for sure!

Family/Girls Trip

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo over Spring Break. The first part of the week my children, mother, and I stayed in the condo, and the last part of the week my coworkers came. Honestly the condo is perfectly suited for both types of trips! The condo was so clean which is so comforting with kids! It had everything we needed for a wonderful week! There were four great beach chairs on the patio which were so helpful! And the balcony was amazing! It was so nice to sit on and sip coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening! Also being right next to Schooners was so nice! Rhonda was so easy to work with and was nice enough to reach out and let us know when the condo was ready early. I generally stay on the west end of PCB, but throughly enjoyed our first stay at Seychelles! It’s a smaller complex so it was so nice not to wait on elevators even during busy spring break! We will definitely be back!

Yearly PCB trip

6 years ago we found Seychelles for first time. We’ve come back there every year since in different units. We love the resort as it’s smaller and laid back with less partying on quiet end of beach. This may be the first time we’ve stayed any place at the beach that we could actually take shoes off in the room and not have sticky yucky feet. Rhonda was awesome to work with. We never had to initiate any contact as she was welcoming from the beginning with precise instructions and info. The cleanliness and little things of the condo will likely be what has us return to 1805. I tend to bring a bag of “little helpful stuff ” for each trip. I truly could have left it at home. Folding backpack beach chairs with coolers for up close to the beach, night lights (some outlets had them built in), step stool for granddaughter to reach sink, portable small fan, baking spray, etc. I’d never thought of a small tray/bowl on nightstands but Rhonda had and they were great for rings, watches. Great trip, condo, owner.
