The Space:

Please note: The resort is Waterproofing and doing concrete Repairs to the walkways and building.  The project is ongoing through December 29th, 2025

Both front ramps will be blocked.   The stairs will remain open, and if anything needs to be rolled into the building, please use the 3rd-floor crosswalk.

Welcome to Seychelles 205, Panama City Beach, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 5.  Seychelles has very few units with a beachfront master suite, and that is what makes this unit so special!  With  FULL water views from your bed and access to the balcony.   ​Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful beaches!!  Sip your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset. Being on the second floor, you feel one with the pool and the sand and do not have to rely on elevators. ​ Seychelles is a smoke-free property. ​ Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! ​  Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

NOTE: During this period, each unit is limited to one parking pass

We have been renting in this building for years… this one was one of the best !! Very clean very nice!! Great location in the building elevator is super close. Still a great view from the balcony being on the second floor

Communication with property manager was great. Lamps, coffee pot, refrigerator door were all in need of repair. No extra toilet paper or paper towels were provided and only 3 trash bags were provided for a week’s stay.

Short stay

It was fine probably wouldn’t stay at that specific room longer than 3 nights. The room was a lot smaller than expected. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. But we spent most of our time on the beach.

would not recommend this place to anyone

Don't waste your time here. The condo is old, filthy, and not well-kept. The $190 housecleaning fee is a joke. Nothing about this condo was clean. We spent the first hour of our vacation trying to clean the place, It was difficult since the vacuum was broken, & we had to provide cleaning supplies.
