Studio w/ private rooftop terrace - Club Cerralvo

Simple, equipped, clean studio with balcony and rooftop terrace! 1 queen bed and a pullout couch. Balcony with view of the pool area and additional private rooftop terrace perfect for morning coffee, yoga, evening drinks or just soaking up the view.

Excellent wifi and A/C. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender. Closet area w/ hangers, shelves, drawers. Gated, secure parking behind the building.

Located in Club Cerralvo which has sea views, pool jazuzzi, small gym (if you need something more, there is a nice gym within walking distance called Ashley's Gym with VERY reasonable day/week/monthly rates), secure parking, barbecue area with gas grills, children's playground, restaurant.

Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, activities, farmer's market (Thursdays during winter season). Our studio penthouse is located on the top floor. Club Cerralvo is a condominium building with residents and rental units. Cleanings throughout your stay available for addition cost. Pool repairs are now complete! Pool is now available for use :-D

We had a wonderful time here. Nice studio (end unit)! Club Cerralvo is beautifully maintained. Great location to walk to Star Market, Nomada Restaurant and many others, Casa Tara for yoga and breakfast, easy beach access for more yoga and SUP!! Bike riding down to LaTuna Beach to watch kite boarding! So much to do…Thank you Kristen!

Husband was frustrated

Overall the space worked for what we needed, however when we arrived the toilet wasn't functioning and the space was very dusty. Kristen was great about responding about these issues quickly but given that we were charged for both a cleaning fee AND a damage insurance my husband was frustrated when we weren't offered some type of discount for having to have both the plumber and housekeepers come in to finish making the place ready during our stay.

We bought this property because we were planning on being in La Ventana for the winters but life happens and things change and we can only enjoy it occasionally now... so we have decided to share this space with you :-)

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this unit because of the views! Also, it's on the top floor, so no noise coming from units above you. There is the balcony directly off of the studio and then the private rooftop terrace one story up.
