BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The master bedroom features a queen bed with stylish decor, a smart TV, and an outdoor patio balcony. There is an attached master spa-like bathroom with a double marble vanity, large jacuzzi with handheld sprayer, and incredible 6 head walk-in shower where you can also enjoy a hand held sprayer, shower head, rain head, and multiple body sprays. A twin sized collapsible bed which sleeps one is located in the closet and can be set up in advance upon request. The second bedroom has a queen bed and clothing storage space in the bureaus and closet. There are also two 3 seat sofas in the living room, both of which open up into queen sized sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. Privacy curtains are available to separate the living room from the common area hallway and other bedrooms. This condo comfortably sleeps 9 persons as there are a total of 4 queen beds and 1 twin sized bed.

LUXURY BATHROOMS:
2.5 Bathrooms. The master bathroom has a double marble vanity, large jacuzzi with handheld sprayer, and incredible 6 head walk-in shower where you can also enjoy a hand held sprayer, shower head, rain head, and multiple body sprays. The second full bathroom with shower/bath tub is located in the hallway between the master bedroom and second bedroom. Each of these bathrooms are stocked with white towels, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand sanitizer, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and tissues. There is also a half bathroom located on the rooftop level which is accessible from the south deck outside area. There is a total of 18 white bath towels, 18 wash cloths, 21 hand towels, and 3 bathmats. Personal toiletries, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are NOT provided.

CHEF’S KITCHEN & 12 PERSON DINING TABLE:
This gorgeous fully equipped kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. Top of the line stainless steel appliances- fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove top, dishwasher, disposal, and toaster. White porcelain dishes include 15 large dinner plates, 15 small dinner plates, 15 pasta bowls, 15 cereal bowls, 2 serving bowls, and 12 coffee mugs. Glassware includes 12 highball glasses, 12 rocks glasses, 12 champagne flutes, 12 white wine glasses, 12 red wine glasses, 12 crystal old fashioned glasses, 12 shot glasses, a crystal serving bowl, and flower vase. Silverware includes 12 small forks, 12 large forks, 12 dinner knives, 12 large spoons, 12 small spoons, and 12 tasting/coffee spoons. 18 piece knife block set, 12 steak knives, 17 piece cookware set, 14 piece bakeware set, and 14 piece cooking utensil set, 5 metal mixing bowls, 5 measuring spoons, measuring cup, cookie sheets, can opener and peeler provided. Keurig coffee maker with coffees, teas, creamers, and sweeteners provided. Salt, pepper and boos block, and 3 plastic cutting boards provided. Stainless steel 60 qt beverage tub, 3 gallon beverage dispenser, and ice bucket provided. Cocktail shaker and bar set provided with wine openers and Champagne stoppers. A kitchen hand towel, 2 paper towel rolls, automatic dish soap dispenser, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispenser, hand sanitizer, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, and extra bedroom trash liners are provided. Cooking oil is NOT provided and no used kitchen items will be left in the fridge or in the cabinets. Placemats are provided for the 12 person dining table. There are also two bar stools located at the kitchen island. Silver charger plates, white cotton napkins, and napkin rings available upon request for special events.

PENTHOUSE ROOF TOP DECK:
Stunning private terrace with Tiffany blue cushions topping a 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. Queen sized day bed can be fitted with a special dark blue cover that is taken in and washed in between rentals so guests can put it out dry. Coffee table and cooler located on the north rooftop deck. On the attached south deck you will find a 6 person outdoor dining table, 2 bars with 3 bar stools each, and access to the half bathroom. The bar stools are placed inside the bars to ensure they remain dry for guests. There are 2 total bars and 6 total bar stools. Move the bars together to create a longer buffet or additional group seating.
