Come visit Serenity Palms 30a. Newer 2018 luxury home built for entertaining multiple families under the same roof. Located in the popular Seacrest Beach community this home is nestled between exclusive Rosemary and Aly's beach developments, easily within walking distance of the amenities from each. Resort style 12,000 square-foot community pool access is just steps away from this home. The beach is accessible by either a 1/3 mile scenic walk through the palm trees, or ride on the tram which runs from March through October and has a stop just outside of this home's door.

Absolutely love this house, it’s so beautiful and spacious. Everything was very well thought out, with lots of small details that make a big difference (hampers in each room, extra fans, etc…). Great location, neighborhood, and easy access to the tram, pool and beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in a lovely community. Everything was spotless upon arrival and exceeded expectations. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and bunks with tvs for the teens. The location was great. Close to pool, beach and restaurants. Great house and overall experience

We loved this house! It was big enough to fit all 11 of us without feeling crammed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. The kids loved the toys provided inside the house! The house was close to the tram, and the walk to the beach wasn't bad either. We plan to be back next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Beautiful property with the perfect location! The perfect set up if you have teenagers as there is a bunk room on the 3rd floor with a DOOR! So many places don't have a door so you can hear them laughing to the wee hours of the morning. We loved this place and would stay again!

Great house for multi family

All the decks and private master suites were great for multi families. Great ice machine and multiple refrigerators were a bonus too. The only negative was the beach access area was very crowded and compact.

We overall loved the property. The owners were great to work with. The only complaint was how well the cleaners cleaned before our arrival. The owners were wonderful and fully refunded our cleaning fee. Hope to return in the future!

Perfect Spot for Making Memories

This property is clean, spacious and in excellent proximity to so much in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. 1 minute walk from the pool, 10 minutes to the beach or an even shorter tram ride. The hosts were great, the kids were never bored and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made some great meals together. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely amazing! Our only complaint is that we went with my husband‘s parents who aren’t very mobile at all, and we specifically picked this house for the trolley that took them to the beach and the first floor master with the shower. We were very sad when we got to the beach and realized there were over 40 stairs to get to the beach after the trolley dropped them off. They weren’t physically able to make it down the steps so my family had to drive to the public beach every day. Had we known that we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

This place has it all for families!

This was my family’s second stay in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach community and we will continue to come back because this place has it all! Our guests ranged from ages 0-70 and between the beach, the pool, walking and biking opportunities, excellent area restaurants and shopping, there were activities to fit everyone’s fancy. We felt totally safe letting teenagers ride their bikes around, lots of families at the pool for the kids to make friends and play with. Very, very safe family friendly atmosphere!

Great Neighborhood

We enjoyed the home and area. The beds were so comfy and that is huge when traveling. The home also had an added ice maker which we enjoyed a lot. No complaints. We had a fridge issue while staying but that was unexpected and the owner was attentive and helpful with compensating for the snag.

Perfect accommodations, perfect location!

This home is amazing! High end features throughout. Kitchen is top notch, bathrooms are spa-like, bedrooms are all big. Our group of 13 had plenty of room—with room to spare. We loved the balconies, especially the top floor outdoor living space. Location to the beach was only a short walk. Close walk to shops and food also. Very convenient. Love Seacrest! Love, love Summer Daze! Already planning the trip for next year!

Awesome!!

Our group of 13 loved this house! It was the perfect space for our group. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the space outside to play, and the adults loved the stocked kitchen (that ice maker was incredible), the 3rd floor deck, and that each room has its own bathroom. Close proximity to the town of Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. We wish the community pool was heated- it would make going in much more comfortable. Definitely not a deal breaker though. We would definitely return!

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient, close to the beach, shopping, dining etc. There was small issue with safety rail on one of the bunk beds - no big problem. Also internet was down for one day - not sure if it was the property issue. Otherwise - excellent property with a lot of space and room for everyone. Big hit was a shuffle board - many in our group spent a lot of time there - both adults and kids. We even conducted a family shuffle board tournament. Communications with the hosts was easy and they were responsive to all our needs expeditiously.

Fantastic!

The property was true to its description. It’s a very short walk to the pool. The house is very well stocked and designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. For example, every bathroom had a blow dryer, all the light switches were labeled, the laundry room had pool towels and anything you need to clean. The kitchen had a multitude of cooking utensils and pans and everything we would need in our kitchen. And the back yard is awesome with the shed stocked with beach toys and skim boards. I highly recommend!

Wonderful family home!

We had a great experience renting this house for 13 people. The owner was very helpful in planning and the house is spotless. It’s in a great location, 20 steps from the pool and easy walk to shops and places to eat. We had toddlers, teenagers, parents and grandparents and there was space to be together and apart when needed. The top floor patio is particularly worth the climb! We were there over the 4th of July so it’s probably the busiest time but the house felt quiet and private. The beach access is an easy 5 min walk so we didn’t get the shuttle but it’s right outside if needed. Honestly, the small area of beach deeded to the complex was beyond busy so we preferred to drive to the public beach and there is really helpful advice about this in the house. Its only 2 mins down the road. We would highly recommend the house!

Accommodating Vacation Home

We had 3 families of 5 staying in the house and it worked well for the 15 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and the two bunk rooms were a perfect set-up for the kids. It was also very nice that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied although I would suggest a new nonstick frying pan for cooking breakfast. We loved the ice maker! The backyard turf was perfect to play games and the shed was stocked with beach items. The house is very conveniently located across the street from the pool and the tram stop is right at the corner. We actually walked more to the beach then using the tram because it was very busy. It was nice that we could walk to all the restaurants in Alys and Rosemary and then come back to the house and hang on the 3rd floor deck. The communication was very good with the owners and they were able to accommodate some special requests of ours which was very helpful.

Andy was a fantastic host. The house itself was stunning and perfect for our party of nine. The kids had their own private space and the adults had theirs as well. House was fully furnished with everything you could possibly imagine — from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. Excellent location and easy to bike or walk anywhere. We highly recommend this house and location as well as Andy, who remained in contact with us and was responsive anytime we needed to be in touch. We hope to return in the future!

The best!!!

This pace was simply the best. There were plenty of beds where everybody had their own room and bathroom. It is laid out perfectly and everything is very accommodating. The pool is literally across the street and the neighborhood is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

We fell in love with the Seacrest Beach Community in November 2020 and purchased this home in December to enjoy with our three children on vacations. We had an amazing week on site ringing in the 2021 new year and getting to know the area. We can't wait to get back! We are excited to share our house with guests. We have a very attentive property manager, Jason, who helps ensure all guests at Serenity Palms have everything they need for a relaxing and restful stay!
