Come and have a 'Lovely Stay on 30A'! Welcome to this beautiful home in Seacrest! A 5 bed, 4 bath retreat that sleeps 14. Nestled in the popular Seacrest community – you have access to the largest pool on 30A, you're less than 1 mile from Rosemary and Alys, and you have amazing access to the beach. Plus, at the entrance of Seacrest you have plenty of walkable options- coffee, pastries, pizza, and more!
⭐Highlights
- Private hot tub!
- Beach access is a dream. Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 5 min walk from the home. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk
- No beach gear, no problem! We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys during your stay.
- 4 complimentary bikes
- Seacrest community pool is the largest on 30A. Plenty of loungers and dining options here too.
- Large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table to fit your whole gang. The dining table seats 8, plus we have 4 additional seats at the island.
- We've got you covered on coffee too – we have a coffee bar with a Kuerig and Standard Drip Coffee maker.
- If you're looking for a spot to mix your cocktails or store your wine, we've got that too! There is a wine fridge and wet bar in our coffee nook, and there's an additional kitchenette upstairs too.
- Bonus family room upstairs
- Traeger grill
- Family friendly all around: Pack n Play, Highchair, and baby gate are available for your stay
- Starter kit for everything you'll need is provided: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
⭐Outdoor space!
- Covered balconies at every level – front AND back!
- Your front porch has loungers and an extra-large porch swing.
- In the back of the home, you're welcomed by an outdoor dining table for al fresco dining, plus a hammock chair and a Traeger Grill
- 2nd floor balconies continue with more relaxation! Foosball, another dining table, porch swings, and lounge chairs await!
- Outside you'll find a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, plus your private hot tub.
- Lastly, there is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a long beach day.

Other things to note:
- Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
