Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Seacrest beach resort. This is a family oriented community, with palm tree-lined paved roads, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton State Park and Watercolor. There is a selection of golf courses to choose from, including Tom Fazio's Camp Creek. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the emerald coast are second to none and the 12000 sq ft lagoon pool, with waterfalls and fountains, is spectacular.

Coola boola (gaelic for 'awesome, fantastic') is located at the front of the resort. It boasts 'awesome' sea views. It has the perfect location, being a 1 minute walk to the pool and a 3 minute walk to the deeded beach access. There is also a free tram service if you need assistance with all that beach 'stuff'.

Located on Trigger Trail East, you can enjoy watching the world go by on the front deck, or head to the top deck and admire the gulf views. It has 3 masters, which is ideal for multiple families. It is very spacious, comprising of over 2500 square feet. There is a total of 4 decks, complete with outdoor furniture. So plenty of options for everyone.

'Coola Boola' has been professionally decorated, with comfort and convenience in mind. The dining area has a large table, seating 10-12 guests. The large kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a unique live edge wood counter for additional seating. The living area has 3 leather sofas and additional chairs to gather in comfort. There is a bedroom with a king pillow top bed, which has its own private bathroom. A separate powder room completes this level.

On the second floor, we have a kids room , which has 2 sets of bunks (twin over full), a queen sofa sleeper, and their own bathroom. This room is very spacious, so the kiddos can play here and not disturb others. The laundry room is just off the hallway. There is a master suite on this level. The master bath has a walk in, pebble floored shower, with 2 shower heads and double vanity. You can enjoy spending lazy evenings on the private deck, with sea views.

Finally on the third level we have another master bedroom, with king bed (pillow top) and ensuite. There is private access to the top deck. At the back of the house there is another bedroom, with 2 twin beds (bunk) plus a desk and chair when you need some privacy for a work call. This room has a private deck to relax and get away from it all. Or... Head to the front of the house where you will enjoy fantastic sea views. This top deck is perfect for entertaining. It consists of a wet bar and full refrigerator and gas grill, for your convenience. There is plenty of patio furniture so you can dine or relax, in comfort, and admire the view.

'Coola Boola' has TVs in all the bedrooms and a larger one in the living area. There is a home entertainment center in the living room, complete with surround sound. We also offer wifi and digital cable.

There are several beach chairs, floaties and beach towels provided for your convenience.
