Single story, 1-bedroom corner condo located in quiet cul-de-sac. Beautifully decorated 1-bedroom with 1 1/2 bath. Tastefully furnished, with totally remodeled kitchen, fully equipped, to include granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances, plus side nook area. Enclosed laundry room with washer and dryer.

Sleeps 2 comfortably , king size bed ( brand new mattress), attached full size bathroom with 2 vanity sinks and walk in shower. Powder room (1/2 bath) by entry door.

Dining room table accommodates 4 guests. Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 with queen size sofa bed. Flat screen TV and sound bar above fireplace. Free WiFi and cable TV in both living room and bedroom.

Extended tiled patio with sunrise view. Patio table set for 4, plus chase lounge. Natural gas BBQ grill available for use. Community pool and jacuzzi 60 steps away from patio.

Rental fee includes the use of exercise gym, pickle-ball and tennis courts for registered guests. Golf Course available for a round of golf with reservations at current green fees.

Enjoyable time

Enjoyed our stay for a month at this condo. Perfect for 2 people but can accomodate overnight guests too with a sofa bed in the living room. Close to the pool, golf and the fitness center. Highly recommend this unit.

Disappointing Stay with Uncomfortable Bed and Ant Infestation

Our recent stay here left me quite disappointed. As someone with back problems, the bed quality is paramount to me. Unfortunately, the bed in this unit was old and extremely uncomfortable (too soft/lack of any support), exacerbating my back issues significantly. I ended up spending several nights on the couch, which, regrettably, wasn't much better. Additionally, there was an ant infestation in a corner of the bedroom. There was also an ant infestation in the pool/hot tub that was closest to this unit. We also encountered an issue with the BBQ at the property. Thankfully, the owner was helpful and addressed this problem, but it was still a setback in our vacation experience. Apart from these significant issues, the unit was okay. Nothing particularly remarkable to mention. Given the discomfort and the pest problem, I regret to say that I won't be returning to this property. It's crucial for vacation rentals to provide a comfortable and pest-free environment, and unfortunately, this property fell short of those basic expectations.

For someone having chronic and persistent back problems we are sorry that the bedroom mattress could not accommodate your needs. Regarding run in with ants, appreciate taking the time to spray, that took care of the unwanted visitors; we have never had that happen before. Thank you for bringing to our attention the BBQ hose connection, a squirt of WD40 took care of it shortly after your arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.

The location of the property in the gated community was exceptional, very with very few units around the pool. To be honest we thought the pool was ours as noone came to the pool the entire month. The unit is furnished very well and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
