Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr gated community with a championship golf course, 9 lighted tennis courts and complete fitness and workout center. The Beautiful clubhouse includes men's and ladies locker rooms a pro shop, state of the art fitness facility and casual and fine dining all within walking distance. Desert Falls CC boasts 25 pools with this Villa being located only steps in either direction from your outdoor patio to two of the largest pools and hot tubs. All of our guests enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, tennis courts and use of the club house and dining facilities.

Golf on the beautiful 18 hole championship Robert Fream designed course is available for a fee. Desert Falls CC has been named one of the 10 best courses by the SCPGA and was also awarded a 4 star rating by Golf Digest magazine. Desert Falls is only minutes away from a world class dining and shopping experience on the renowned El Paseo Drive.

This Villa is a lower level end unit surrounded by a beautiful green belt with mountain views all around from your front door to kitchen nook. It is nicely furnished and well maintained with plantation shudders throughout. The unit is a spacious 1360 sqf with open dining area, gas fireplace and wet bar with flat screen TV in living room. King in master bedroom which boasts a large private, dual sink , master bath with shower and large soaking tub. Queen size bed in second bedroom and full second bath. Bright and very functional, fully equipped, Kitchen with eat in breakfast nook. The villa is newly painted and has nuetral carpet in bedrooms. This unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Private patio with gas grill, table and chairs, chaise lounge and rocking swing.

Close to shopping, great restaurants, golf courses, walking and biking trails, theater and music, colleges, casinos. Indian Wells Tennis, Coachella, El Paseo, McCallum Performing Arts Theater, The Living Desert Zoo and Wet 'n Wild Water Park and Palm Springs just to name a few.

Would highly recommend staying in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo! Florence went above and beyond to ensure all things “home” were there !! So enjoyed coffee on the sun lite patio and being able to walk to two pools in less than one minute was amazing!Condo was meticulously clean as well.

Lovely accommodation and fabulous hosts

The unit was well looked after. The owners paid attention to details that made us feel most welcomed. The unit was well stocked and we were not wanting for anything. The owners kept in touch and made sure we were comfortable. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Outstanding Condo

The last few years, my wife and I have stayed at Desert Falls in a different condo each year. This year was the best. This condo is well maintained, immaculate and stocked with everything that you could need. The location is great - a stones throw from two pools behind the condo. The owner is excellent - perfect communication throughout the entire trip and immediate text responses on any questions. All in all, a wonderful to place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Florence was so gracious, responding quickly to every question and included so many nice touches including several times insisting that we make ourselves at home and we truly felt that. The home itself, was very lovely - steps away from 2 pools! Wonderful area and very close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden - (10 minutes). Beds were very comfortable, supplies were in abundance: extra towels, blankets, pillows, anything you would want or need in the kitich and tons of fun toiletry items to choose from - soaps, lotions, etc. I truly hope I will be able to visit again next year!

Over the top. Including a welcome gift basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well supplied with everything you would have at home. The owner is readily available and extremely accommodating. Property is walking distance to golf, tennis and fitness all of which are AAA. Walking distance to groceries, take out, and banking. Just feet away from not one, but two pools and hot tubs. Great location

Desert Gem!

This could not have been a more enjoyable stay in the desert. The condo was immaculate, the owner a delight and the location perfect. It was everything we expected and more. The hospitality extended to us by Florence and David was reminiscent of our Midwest roots. Fabulous hosts! One tip, the kitchen is very well stocked and equipped so before you buy groceries check the cupboards for the essentials. We REALLY our morning view of the snow capped peaks and our afternoon glasses of wine on the patio. This was, without question, one of our best VRBO experiences. Thanks again to the Lorenzos.

Great location in gated golf course

Owner is quite congenial and promptly replies to all requests. Extremely clean. Lots of towels, linen etc and more kitchen utensils than Emeril (BAM) would ever use. Pop, wine, beer, coffee, tea and basic needs to make for a warm reception, not usually supplied in most rentals. Three bikes. An orange tree reachable from patio, so delicious!!! Sunny patio until early afternoon. Two pools and hot tubs very very close to back door. 5 star rating all round.

Florence is an excellent host! She's super sweet and accommodating as well. The house it self is so pretty and cute. I stayed with a bunch of girls and we loved getting ready in the master bathroom! The patio area is nice too with pools on either sides! Would definitely come back :)

This property is one of the best VRBO rentals we've had! Everything one could possibly need in the kitchen, beautiful bed linens and more towels than you would ever need. Every area was spotless in and outside the unit. Florence was awesome to deal with - no question went unanswered and quickly! This is their second home and is decorated as such. Lovely furnishings!
