This spectacular and popular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo features two master suites with large walk in closets with the main master featuring a massive and gracious bathroom with a giant soaking tub and 2 vanities.

The home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite, a queen size bed in the second master suite, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and a queen size pullout sofa bed in the living area.

The kitchen is extra large featuring tons of storage, a breakfast nook and brand new, stainless steel appliances. Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need! If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios and the work station we have provided in the guest bedroom. There is a large format, flat screen television in the living area and both master suites and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. All the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on one of the roomy patios in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals. This is one of the few golf course front condos that is also just steps away from a large, sun soaked pool and hot tub complex. The expansive mountain views from the back patio are truly something magnificent to behold... jaw dropping and picture worthy sunsets for sure!

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 4 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.
