Lujoso Colorado Mountain Lodge!

Un hermoso alojamiento de lujo en Colorado Mountain Lodge ubicado a una altura de 9600 pies, entre Idaho Springs y St. Mary's Galcier. Rodeada por el Bosque Nacional, esta casa de vacaciones aislada pero accesible es el lugar perfecto para su reunión familiar, vacaciones, reunión grupal, retiro o reunión.

The Invincible Lodge se encuentra en 3 antiguas reclamaciones mineras. Ruinas mineras históricas aún son visibles en la propiedad. Fall River Reservoir está a 3 millas de la carretera, con abundantes caminatas, senderos en jeep y pesca. ¡Este es un gran camino para motos de nieve en invierno! Fall River está literalmente a pies del Lodge. ¡El sonido relajante del agua corriendo se puede escuchar desde todas las habitaciones de la casa! Abundantes oportunidades al aire libre te esperan!

En el interior, el Lodge cuenta con lujosas citas rústicas. En la Gran Sala, relájate junto a una de las dos chimeneas de piedra a leña. Puede disfrutar de una película en el cine en casa, totalmente equipado con un sistema de proyección digital HDTV. También tenemos wi-fi satelital. Juega juegos en el loft de arriba, con hermosas vistas de las montañas. Asa un bistec en la cubierta envolvente con vista al arroyo.

Varias áreas de esquí están a poca distancia en coche del Lodge. Idaho Springs está a solo unos minutos de distancia, con amplias tiendas y restaurantes. ¡El aeropuerto internacional de Denver está a solo 1 hora y 15 minutos! Fácil de llegar, pero lejos de las multitudes, ¡Invincible Lodge te hará sentir a kilómetros de distancia!

The house was beautiful! We had three families with a total of 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had a blast playing in the snow and sledding down the hills during a snow storm. The street maintenance did an amazing job plowing after the storm making it a breeze to get home safely. My only warning is to NOT follow the GPS when finding the house. The GPS leads you up the mountain and does not give you proper directions.

The house was clean and as described. The problem was that the house was freezing on the first bight because the heater was broken and the only solution we were offered was to use small space heaters that barely heated a single room sufficiently. We were told after someone came out that they were missing a part to fix the heating so they could not guarantee there would be heat the rest of our stay. I’m still waiting for a refund for that first night we spent freezing under 5 layers of blankets. That was the only complaint, the stay was perfect otherwise.

Beautiful property and very clean! Only 2 bummers; hot tub wouldn’t get up to temp and the house was a bit warm despite thermostat being turned down. I’d stay there again!

Beautiful location and a beautiful home. Plenty of room for all our adult children. En-suite in all bedrooms was appreciated. We enjoy barbecuing, but there was no barbecue on check-in. David rectified this, a couple days later. This was a great vacation for our family of 9.

This is the second time our family has stayed here. It’s perfect and gives everyone their own space. We rented ATVs and rode trails for two days with plenty of room to park them all. The kitchen and dining area has room for all 18 of us to share meals together.

5 Stars – A Perfect Mountain Getaway!Our stay at the Invincible Lodge was absolutely amazing. Tucked away in the mountains, this beautiful cabin strikes the perfect balance between comfort and nature. The wraparound patio overlooking a bubbling stream was a dream—we spent our mornings out there with a hot cup of coffee, just taking in the peaceful surroundings. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.Inside, the cabin is just as inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room and kitchen created a perfect space for the whole family to relax, cook, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with all the right touches, the Invincible Lodge is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back.

This was our second time staying here with our group. Our stay was great! The house was clean, the setting next to the stream is beautiful, David was easy to communicate with, the kitchen worked well for cooking for a large group... great experience!

Beautiful and well maintained

The property was beautiful and well maintained! David was a great host and helped us with anything we needed . It was definitely tricky to park more than a couple of cars in the winter time because of the snow banks, but we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Fabulous Family/Friends Weekend

It was the coldest MLK weekend we have ever experienced, but the lodge was comfortable and spacious enough for all 12 of us not to feel cramped inside. The little details, like mini shampoo, mints on the towels, labels on light switches and detailed information in the welcome book. Thank goodness for the firewood! It was so cold outside (below zero) that the fireplace kept everyone comfy. Highly recommend the Invincible Lodge for your family vacation!

Enjoyed our 3rd stay!

This home is a wonderful place for a group to spend time together! Our group of 4 families has stayed here 3 years in a row now and love the space we have for each family to sleep/bathrooms, multiple gathering areas- main living room, upstairs, basement, large dining table and our kids love the outdoor space. The kids play outside in the snow until it gets dark- so much space to explore! Thank you!

Incredible stay at a beautiful home

Our group of 8 had an incredible stay at the house. The house is well-stocked, very spacious, and in a beautiful setting. Phenomenal hiking is just up the road at St. Mary’s Glacier, and the town of Idaho Springs is also nearby and offers nice shopping. The house has everything you would need, and has many nice touches (eg a “key” explaining the relative matters firmness in each BR). We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Absolutely Beautiful

It is always fantastic to have a home match the photos and description. May not be the easiest to get to as it is located deep into the deeply wooded mountain, but that is exactly what we wanted. Night skies are brilliant without any external light, wildlife is abundant, hiking and outdoor activities are more than you will ever need. Beds and other amenities were fantastic.

We are the Steitz Family. We purchased this beautiful land in 1996. We enjoyed it for camping and hiking for many years. Our parents had a dream to build a "cabin" that the whole family could use together. Our dad began work on the bridge in October, 2003. He suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in February, 2004 of a heart attack. We decided to build "The Invincible Lodge" in his memory, and it was completed in May, 2007. The Invincible Lodge has already been a blessing to many people, Dad would be proud!

The beauty of this setting speaks for itself. The seclusion, the forest, the mountains create a spirit of quiet and relaxation. The soothing sound of rushing water eases away any tension in your body, mind and soul. It is truly a spiritually refreshing place, as Dad always said.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Lodge is big enough to allow the whole family. We enjoy games, relaxing, building a fire, staring out the picture window at the mountains. It is truly a getaway. In the winter, we sled, snowmobile, snowshoe, or just stay warm by the fire. In the summer we hike, fish, mountain bike, run the trails, enjoy the wildflowers, have picnics by the creek!
