Beautiful, luxury, penthouse unit at Shorehom by the Sea with a fantastic oceanfront view located on the non-driving portion of the beach. This complex includes two buildings that have both gone under full renovations. The condo provides you every beach supply you will need so you don't have to drag it all from home and bikes! There is also a desk for you to use in master suite if you must work on vacation.

A beautiful view of the ocean and beach greets you. A large flat screen cable TV with DVD/VCR is available for catching the latest movies, favorite shows, and sports. Comfortable leather recliners and sofa bed for extra sleeping in the living room. Step out onto the balcony through the brand new sliding glass doors every morning and enjoy the day with a sunrise and your cup of coffee. and enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning and sit by the front door to watch a beautiful sunset with an afternoon drink.

A roomy, well equipped kitchen satisfies both the gourmet cook and the quick and easy prepare. Granite counter tops are upscale and easy to maintain. The dining table expands as needed with a simple pop-up leaf. In addition to the normal range/oven and refrigerator/freezer, the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker as well as a full set of cooking and eating utensils. The condo is beautifully decorated with chair railing and bead board.

The master bedroom with its own view of the ocean has a king sized bed and large flat screen TV. A large walk-in closet is a welcome asset. Large, heated (Scheduled by onsite management), swimming pool awaits you! Shuffle boards, chairs and tables by the pool, grills for those tasty steaks, boat trailer and motorcycle parking available and racks to store your kayaks, surfboards, and SUP boards.

The balcony is an inviting place to entertain. It’s also a great place to sunbathe or relax with a drink and snack or a good book. There’s a great view of the activity on the beach.

Finally, the top floor has only 2 condos for the penthouse!! You will have so much privacy! The storage unit has bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach games all for you to enjoy a big enough to be a one car garage!! No need to haul any beach supplies on your trip to the beach! Just bring your swimsuit!
