Four bedroom Golf Course Vacation Villa

Large four bedroom, three full bathroom villa.
Large covered pool lanai area, South facing pool with spa overlooking the Golf course.
Located in gated resort Golf club ridgewood lakes which has Golf, Club house, Tennis courts, Basket ball courts.

Fully stocked with dishes, linen, towels, wifi, tvs, washer And dryer. Pool towels.
BBQ grill is free to use, you just have to get tank refilled at local store near by if it runs empty
Pool and spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day extra. If outside temps drop below 55 degrees the heater will not work to heat pool. There is a outside ring camera at door.

22 minutes to walt disney world.

After 2 weeks at Disney with the family my wife and I stayed in the villa for a week to relax and recover. It’s a lovely well maintained property i would recommend.

After our regular rental of 7 plus years was sold, we were unsure of where to book. We found this home for a last minute trip and sure am glad we did—-everything was great. From check in to check out-we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great home, pool, location, and so much more! We stay in multiple VRBOs per year and this is one of the best.Gayla and Rebecca treat you like family!

Lovely stay

We had an amazing 2 weeks and the villas was lovely and the pool area was perfect for us all.The only small issue i had was the air conditioning never seem to work right in the main bedroom and woke up to hot all the time.Other than that it was great and would definitely book again.

Nice property. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. BBQ was old and needed igniter. Property manager fixed it rught away. We had to cut short our stay because of Hurricane Milton. We recieved a refund forfor

Great stay , great location

The check in process was fast and efficient. The pool was a nice size and the rooms were comfortable. The property is conveniently located next to multiple stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay again when I’m in Florida.

Wonderful place to stay

We were very pleased with the home. It was nice to have the amenities that an actual house brings over the alternatives. The pool was a hit with the whole family and allowed us to wind down after a hectic day at various Disney parks. The wifi was excellent and there were plenty of TVs to stream our favorite shows and movies. Location was perfect, just far enough away from the congestion, but not too far. Grocery store and Walmart are just a few minutes down the road, which was convenient. If this home ever goes up for sale, I'll be interested!

Great property!

The house was clean and fully stocked my kids loved the game room and the pool. The property manager responded in timely manner some minor fixes need to be done (blinds and closet door) nothing mayor we really enjoyed our one week stay at this property!!! Will come back again

Beautiful house to accommodate family visit

My family of 6 had a great low-key vacation and visited with grandma and sis who live nearby. The pool and grill were awesome to have on the hot days we were visiting. Nice rooms and bathrooms! Definitely recommend!

Great Place to Stay with Family!!

Property is great location from all attractions including Disney property. Property is large enough to accommodate families with children and is Grandparents friendly. Having a private pool in the backyard is a plus! Kids and Grandparents loved being able to swim everyday. My 5 year old loved the kids games and the Lego’s that are there to play with. My teens loved the Ping-Pong table. Due to the weather I had to add 2 extra days at the last minute and the host accommodated us.

Awesome stay!

Stay was amazing. Located in a beautiful community, close to all attractions & theme parks. House was beautiful & very well kept. Pool was our favorite, we spent plenty of time poolside. Rebecca was attentive to our request & very professional. We had a great time! Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It is in a great location, close to many popular attractions. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very spacious and the pool and lanai area was very relaxing. Rebecca was very responsive to any questions I had and was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Just what we were looking for!

My family and I were looking for a little vacation to relax and get away from our everyday lives. This house was perfect for that! The layout of the house was great for giving us space to spread out. Traveling with 3 teenagers (15-18) can be trying, but this was an awesome home for everyone to stay happy and relaxed! Overall the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat. I'd definitely stay here again, if we ever we decide to return to Florida!

Great Property

Nice quiet friendly neighborhood. Home was well maintained, 4 bedrooms with 3 baths make it perfect for families. Lots of seating on the lanai with pool and views of the golf course. Would stay here again.
