We are a group of four retired ladies who went for a five day vacation to Orange Beach. This condo was great. Beautiful ocean view. Pool was very nice as well. Contacted the host several times with questions and was always promptly and courteously answered. Would recommend and would stay again.

There were some issues, the sliding glass doors didn’t slide well, and the one in the bedroom needed an outside handle, the light in the kitchen was burned out, the furniture had seen better days. And it would be most helpful if there were written instructions in the unit on how the remotes worked. Lastly we received a warning on our door that we had left towels hanging on the balcony and it was actually the unit beneath ours. The kitchen was clean and there were plenty of dishes and pans. The beach view was nice!

We had a great time!!

We had a great time!! The condo location is perfect and the view is the best!! Only con is the washer had a very bad musty smell and we called maintenance and they came same day and took care of it!! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!!

We’ve stayed along the Alabama and Florida coasts several times. We’re always looking for convenience over everything else. What we loved: Easy parking. No winding lots with tiny spaces for big vehicles. Quick elevators. Simple access to the pools/beach. Condo was updated, had everything we needed and the biggest plus was the kitchen was stocked with tons of cookware, plates, cups, etc. Literally the simple things like the kitchen, elevators, and parking. This is, by far, the best place we have stayed.

Fun in the sun!!

What a wonderful experience!!! Our stay by the beach was wonderful. I’ve honestly never stayed anyplace so clean. The view was fantastic and the check in and check out was a breeze! Counting the days until we return!!

Awesome rental!

Property exactly as described, very spacious, the first rental we have had that air-conditioning and fridge actually worked right, the only negative was the cleaning of the floors and ceiling fans was terrible, it needs a thorough cleaning.

We love tidewater and have stayed at tidewater for over 10 years. However this location was not our best experience. Main concern was the cleanliness of the condo. Upon opening the door right away you could smell a musty smell. It felt like a basic wipe down had been done. We did find sand in shower and mold on shower curtain. The sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and close. A little TLC could go a long way on this property.

Great vacay

The condo was clean and had a nicely furnished patio facing the beach. This condo was well equipped in the kitchen area. Couch could stand a upgrade, beds were comfortable. Guest toilet needs a new seat, current one is cracked. Condo was close to many good eating places and grocery stores.
