Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Casa Chillax is a very spacious, comfortable home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home sleeps 10 guests. It is located in the Emerald II subdivision. Casa Chillax is pet friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable fee. There is also a fenced in area for your pets and kids to play. Casa Chillax has a completely stocked kitchen with everything you would need to prepare your favorite family meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine.
The home has WIFI for your convenience. You can stream your favorite shows and movies in the living room or master bedroom with the Smart TV.
Outside, you will find the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book! Downstairs you’ll enjoy cooking scrumptious meals on the charcoal grill in the small bar area, or sitting around the table visiting with family and friends. The beach is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away. Don’t forget to wash off all the sand after a day in the sand and sun in the downstairs shower. We sometimes experience power outages at the beach, but at Casa Chillax you will not have to worry. This home is set up with a generator that can supply the entire home with power.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
