The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put back the tv cover, lock it, and return the key to its original place. Return toys, chairs, wagon, games, etc. to their original place. Close the dart board, if used.
Do not make the beds or strip the bedding off the beds. Return thermostat to 78-COOL / 64 -HEAT. Lock all windows and doors, and latch the garage door.
Properly dispose of coals and ash (wait until cool, use the tools provided to wrap in your tin foil or a metal can). Do not put hot coals or ash in the trash can or on the grass or ground!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered guests only; please inform us if your guest count changes. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Do not bring sand into the house. Do not sit on indoor furniture with wet bathing suits or clothes. Ground floor has a shower and dryer.

End of Summer Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay, Mikaylee made everything seamless for our end of summer getaway. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, and was just a short distance to the beach access. We loved every minute of it! Thank you for having us!
