Welcome to Poco Bueno House, a place where families return year after year to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Located in Galveston’s beloved Sea Isle community, this canalfront, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfectly situated between the calm waters of West Bay and the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Designed with families in mind, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offers a fully fenced yard, and provides safe, easy access to both the beach and the canal—giving everyone their own version of the perfect vacation.

Sea Isle offers everything you need for a memorable stay, including a boat launch, full marina, pickleball courts, playgrounds, restaurants, and bars. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave the neighborhood.

Outdoor Living & Waterfront Fun

The ground-level deck offers plenty of space for entertaining, sunbathing, and enjoying cool evening breezes. Anglers will love fishing day or night from the private dock, complete with underwater fishing lights and a cleaning station. There’s also a designated rinse-off area after a day on the water or at the beach.

Bring your boat! You can tie up directly at the dock, located just down the canal from West End Marina and West Bay. From the dock, enjoy tubing, kayaking, floating, or simply soaking up the sun right off the canal.

The Sea Isle beach access is less than 5 minutes away, perfect for beach lovers.

A fully fenced yard wraps around the home, providing a safe space for kids and pets.

Absolutely Perfect! We rent in Sea Isle quite often and this was the pick of the litter for us! Extremely clean, well stocked, perfect location and a great layout. Plenty of space inside and out. The Hinojosa's were amazing hosts with quick responses to questions. We will, without a doubt, be renting here again!

We had a great time swimming in the canal and its not far from the beach access had a good beach day and when to pleasure pier and in joyed renting and driving a golf cart around the neighborhood

Weekend getaway

Liz was such an excellent host. The place was cozy. Had everything we could think of and then some more. A big fan of the Margaritaville machine! Our family had alot of fun, the place is very relaxing and lots of fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We've taken a number of weekend getaways, this far exceeded our expectations. Our host (Liz) was excellent, the property was very well taken care of, just getting a chance to relax was what my wife and I needed the most. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and relax, fish a little or just read a book.

Awesome Memorial weekend

Ill start with saying thatLiz was a great host. She communicated with us as needed. The place was awesome. My nieces and nephew loved fishing out the back. My mother enjoyed the views. The location is close to the marina so that allowed us to get fishing tackle and any last minute groceries that we needed. We just had a great time. We would love to stay again.

Great spring break location!

House was the perfect size for our family of seven (3 college kids, a high schooler and seven year old). We enjoyed the fishing off the dock at the house and in the bay. The kayak was fun too!!

My family and I had the best time staying in Sea Isle at Mr. and Mrs. Hinojosa’s home. Their home was warm and inviting and in immaculate condition. The beds were comfortable, pillows were plush, nice bathrooms, great living room with very comfortable couches, a great kitchen, THE DECK! The deck and patio space were top notch! My boys fished their hearts out. I loved that we could park our vehicles in the secured driveway that was literally steps away from the house/downstairs patio. We will definitely be back to stay.

We had the best time the property is located in a great location! The house is decorated very tastefully and the amenities are amazing. My husband, Michael and I, would like to welcome you to our first vacation, dream home. It’s been a lifelong dream of ours to own a house in Sea Isle. Our passion for this neighborhood started 20+ years ago when we started renting vacation canal homes in this particular subdivision. Our families and our children don’t know anything else but Sea Isle and we have so many memories in this neighborhood. We bought our home in January 2020, remodeled and upgraded it. Lots of tears, sweat, pain, headaches, happiness and joy were experienced through the whole remodeling process. It took 4 long months to finish it, but it was all worth the wait and we are ready to share it with you. It's perfect for families and anyone who enjoys the bay views, the sunsets and the beach.

Why they chose this property

Our house has so much to offer. You can fish from the back yard or the neighborhood fishing pier, dine at the local restaurants, take advantage of the outdoor seating (tables on both decks), enjoy the evening breeze, take a ride to the beach and look the stars at night or just sit back and relax. We have two convenience stores within a few minutes and the beach is less than a half mile away. It's a place you can enjoy all the amenities, relax, go swimming, get a tan, eat and enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

What makes this property unique

Fully gated, propane grill, community pool, community playground, safe community, underwater fishing lights, great views from the bay. Our home and the Sea Isle Community is a place where you always see people walking their dogs, exercising, riding their golf carts throughout the neighborhood waving hello to all that pass them and enjoying the vibe. Sea Isle is tranquil, safe and feels like time stood still.
