Now a solar powered home, this is a Cozy 3 bed 3 bath home with each bed and bath on a separate level. Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have walk in rain showers with side jets. Main floor bathroom has a bathtub/shower with safety bar for the youngest and oldest members of the family. Two memory foam matresses provided for larger bookings with a third available upon request. 2 living spaces and amazing outdoor space provides room for everyone. Cable, wifi, smart TVs Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, Espn. Games, water, coffee (keurig, drip, or french press), and snacks and simple breakfast items provided.
Large fenced backyard safe for kids and pets.
Lots of family outdoor games including giant connect four, giant Jenga, yardzee, and tic tac throw, even basket pong (giant beer pong).
Lots of family board games for all ages as well as poker table complete with chips and cards for the adults. As well as baby items such as portable crib, high chair, children's dishes, and baby gates.
Downstairs has 2 retro gaming arcades preloaded with all your throwback favorites.
Fully stocked kitchen with gadgets and small appliances to make any meal. Gas stove. Dinning space for 7 inside and even more out back on patio. Gas grill, and Blackstone griddle available for family cookouts.
Central location and interstate/highway allows easy access to all of OKC and surrounding areas.
Keyless entry, code provided just prior to arrival. Covered parking for 2 vehicles room for four in drive. Now available, a charging port for your electric vehicle.

MORE THAN YOU WOULD EVER EXPECT

My family and I (ages 5-70) stayed at this property. There were eight of us. There is simply no way for me to list all the amenities provided at this house. From multiple showerheads in the shower and towel warmer in the bathroom to the arcade-sized video games downstairs to the fully stocked snacks and sodas and breakfast sandwiches!! Between everything provided and what we brought with us; we did not have to leave the house for anything except to go to the event we were in town for. The kids LOVED the arcade games and the oversized beanbag chairs (the beanbag chairs fold out into an extra bed too). If we ever go back to OKC to stay as a family, I will be contacting Donald again, who by the way, is EXTREMELY responsive!! We just can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Excellent! Host was amazing and very responsive! All questions were answered immediately! House has everything you could possibly need or want and all of the things you didn’t know you would want! Multilevel home with a bedroom, living room and full bathroom in the basement. Full size video games were a plus! Main floor has kitchen, living room, a bedroom and bathroom. Upper level has a bedroom and a bathroom. Perfect to give everyone their own space. It would be impossible to list all of the extras in this house, but some include: large backyard with a large variety of yard games, grills, doggy door for small pups, enough cookware to cook for a huge gathering, towel warmer, board games, card games, dominos, coffee, lots of snacks, breakfast items and bottled water provided. Also included a massage chair that was definitely a favorite! Would definitely stay here again!

Super comfortable and clean, super convenient to Uptown and the Paseo. Quiet neighborhood, nice fenced backyard, and even covered parking. The house is stocked full of the owner's belongings, so it has everything you could need, plus snacks and water bottles for guests. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house was perfect for our group of 3 friends.

Great little house!

We had a family trip that consisted of 10 people (including an 82-year-old, 2 teenagers, and a 2-year-old) and we all were very comfortable staying here! We had all the amenities we needed and a great kitchen to cook in. Nothing was far from the house including grocery stores. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the morning while watching the kids run around in the nice-sized yard and enjoyed playing the games provided in the evening. Also, I have to mention the owner was very open to communication and responses were very quick! Overall, this is a great place to stay while in OKC.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property to flip and quickly realized the value of the space to guests, with 3 bedrooms on 3 separate levels, everyone can have their own private space, 2 living spaces allows families to spend an evening together or have separate spaces to relax.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom allowing not only for privacy but versatility and gives plenty of space for large groups.
This house also offers an amazing backyard with patio, again allowing the perfect space for families to spend quality time together.

What makes this property unique

While it is located in an older neighborhood, this house has perfect access to anywhere in the city with many of the cities "hot spots" within a 10 min drive.
