About this property

EAA Rental!! Colonial Channel Home

We have 4 traditional bedrooms, an office (that is semi private but accessible from a staircase in master and another bedroom) and a basement sleeping area. We have 4 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. See photos. We also have a fully finished basement with a full bathroom and kitchen area. We live on a lake channel and own paddle boards and a kayak for use. The basement also has a workout area with elliptical and treadmill, and a smart tv.
Only a short walk from Menominee Park walking/bike trail. Five minutes from downtown, 2 minutes from gas station and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood.

Grocery shopping could be done by me prior if you provide a list and payment through Venmo.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
