This house was an excellent stay for our large group of friends during EAA. The lake setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the backyard was perfect for us to hang out around the fire at night. The house was clean and our hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Hope to book again in the future!
We had an absolutely incredible time at Lazy Willow Villa! It is a beautiful house/property and everything was clean and as advertised. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay there.
Our family loved our week here! The house and property had plenty of space for our large group. There were several places to relax, read a book, or play a game-inside or outside-so we never felt like we were crowded. The lake was very choppy when we were there, but the winds provided some relief from the heat so we could still be outside. Jason and Jomalyn were very responsive and accommodating!
We had a group of 10 ranging in ages from 1 to 73 and we all equally enjoyed our stay in Oshkosh! The house was extremely spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals and hide out from the little bit of rain we had. The back yard, dock and lake were all perfect - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Wonderful property and good location on the lake. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed ourselves all weekend. Tons of fun activities to do in and around the lake!
This is a beautiful, spacious, well equipped home. The lake is extremely shallow- 2-3 feet by the dock. The deepest part of the lake is 9 ft. The neighbor to the east is very close and was unhappy having us hanging out around the fire before 10 on a Saturday night.
We were 3 families with 8 kids ranging from 2-8 meeting up to spend a long weekend together. We had so much fun! The house was amazing and well equipped. There’s lots to do for both adults and kids. Osh Kosh offers plenty of options for local stores. Would definitely recommend.
The property was beautiful inside and out. The lake is so big I just wish we had more time to explore. There is a pontoon and jet ski there but guests aren’t able to use it. We brought our own so it was fine, but the weather only gave us one good lake day. We’ve already decided to book again for next year’s vacation.
This is an amazing Lakehouse and Jason is a great host
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week at Jason's house on Lake Butte Des Morts. We all enjoyed the size of the house, the large kitchen, the nice furnishings, and the beautiful lake. It has a private dock (we caught fish right from the dock), and the large yard for volleyball every night. We also liked all the different spaces in the house to enjoy - the screened porch, the quiet sitting areas, the downstairs activity area - foosball and ping pong. We definitely would recommend as stay here. you wont be disappointed. Mick and Deb.

Thank you Mick and Deb! You were wonderful guests and we hope you stay with us again!
Beautiful home with plenty of room! We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Overall very clean. Yard was great for playing yard games. We rented a boat and really not much room to hook to dock. When booked home we were told we could rent pontoon and a jet ski from owner and price was given to me. One month away from trip owner called and said he decided not to do this. Last minute we had to try and find a boat. We were quite surprised by this and thought that was not very nice. Reason we rented home was to have access to pontoon and jet ski.
Our group of 14 enjoyed our annual family vacation at this house. We had 4 separate family units with ages ranging from 4 to 73 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and we enjoyed all the games in the lower level.
The only downside was that we had been planning to spend our time swimming in the lake, but it unfortunately was not safe to swim in during our stay. Even if the water was clean, there is no easy access point to get in and out for swimming. Fortunately there were other beaches nearby for us to visit and close proximity to Oshkosh for things to do.

Property was very nice, very clean. Air conditioner was broken. Thankfully for the cooler weather, we managed. We were never told the AC was out until i brought it to the attention of the property manager. Probably something i should have been made aware of. Gas grill was broken and dirty and couldn't be used.We had to cook all of our food on a charcoal grill which wasnt very good. Overall a decent stay.
Very Nice! Came to see PGI fireworks & fish. Wish we had a boat, but still managed to catch plenty off the pier. We got to stare at a pontoon & jet skis that were connected to the pier, but did not get to use them as they are not part of the contract. The house was more than we expected. Plenty of room for only 4 of us. Each one of us took a section of the house LOL!! Very close to stores, gas stations, parks, but yet it is still secluded on the lake. If I had extra money, I would definitely come back but it took me some time to save that chunk up! Thank you for opening your house to us. We loved it.
We had such a great time in Oshkosh, celebrating our dad's 70th birthday! The house was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, luxurious, and had all of the amenities we needed. With 12 people between the ages of 2 and 70 it had something for everything. The ping pong table, badminton game, and of course the lily pad and floaties for the lake were a huge hit with the kids. The bar area, fire pit, and porch with rocking chairs were appreciated by the adults in our group. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The large kitchen allowed for meals to be made together, while the large dining room table gave us all the chance to enjoy them together. There were a lot of games for everyone to play. There were many large bedrooms and it was nice for everyone to have their own. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels to use. A lot of the furniture looked to be brand new. The property managers were helpful and friendly and provided us the information we needed. The lake and the views were gorgeous. We highly recommend this property!

Girls Weekend
Nice house on lake close to Oshkosh and Winneconne. Layout of house was nice with many different sitting areas and a screened in porch with a bar facing the lake. All the bedrooms had closets / dressers and were decorated nicely, with the exception of the two double twin bedrooms downstairs. Very small, no windows and mattresses really only suited for small children. They did have a small chest and a tv in each one. Mattresses in the other bedrooms were hit or miss. All the bathrooms were very roomy and worked well for sharing. The rest of the house was very nice. Basement rec room and bar was great. Kitchen had nice island work area, huge pantry for food / supplies, and was stocked well. Could use more knives. Big utility room between garage and kitchen worked nicely for coolers and "stuff". Big living room with fireplace and lots of windows overlooking the lake. Nice furniture. The deck and concrete patio were very nice. Great firepit. Overall, the house was great, with the exception of the twin rooms. The listing should be updated to reflect the fact that there is a charcoal grill and not a gas grill, and that the Master bedroom no longer has a twin sleeper sofa. There is a regular couch, but no pull out. Communication with the owner was difficult. Did not reply to messages in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this property again, but probably not in April or May due to the May flies.
