New for rent: Mediterranean-style villa, ideal for a stay with friends or family, located in a quiet area, yet just 2 steps from all amenities and entertainment in the seaside and tourist town of Moraira.
Comfortable detached villa with air-conditioning, private pool and separate studio.
Large master suite, 180cm bed, with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Possibility of adding a cot (cot available). 1 bedroom with 150cm bed.
A second, separate bathroom (shower and toilet).
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with all-country decoder TV, fiber & wifi Internet access. A second, smaller adjoining living room with 90cm+90cm pull-out sofa bed and the option of isolating it with blackout curtains.
Dining room in fully glazed veranda to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons.
Below the villa, with individual access, a studio apartment completes the villa, offering autonomy if required, with its own kitchenette and bathroom (shower and toilet). It is equipped with a 2-person sofa bed (130cm), a dining area with table and chairs, and air conditioning.
In all, the villa and its adjoining studio can accommodate 8 people (+ baby).
Outside, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue (hard-built), lunch or dinner in one of the property's several dining areas, making the most of the outdoor spaces at different times of the day. Shade is provided by the vegetation in the tree-lined garden, as well as by the parasols provided.
Relax on the deckchairs by the private swimming pool, with views over the hills as the sun sets. Finally, the fenced-in area with a gate (and artificial turf) is ideal for letting children play in complete safety. The property is fully fenced.

The pretty Del Portet beach is 800m from the house, 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. It takes just over 5 minutes by car or less than 1/2 hour on foot to get to the center of Moraira, with its entertainment, restaurants, bars, children's parks, stores and beaches.
The villa is close to all water sports (kayak and paddle rentals), with beautiful walks and bike rides starting from the house. Larger supermarkets and go-karting are less than 2km away.
Pets allowed under certain conditions, including clean-up of dog waste (subject to charges).
