I was born and raised in Michigan. I lived in Vero Beach for 5 years and My dream to own a place here once again came true. This time on the river and near the beach!! I also lived in the Cayman Islands for 5 years and love to travel to different parts of the world but Vero Beach is my peaceful place. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

Newly remodeled. HarborView is Just a few miles away from Central and South Beach Vero. Close enough to bike ride there to have lunch or shopping but far enough away to enjoy quiet time for relaxation. The Moorings development is perfect for long walks and bike rides. I enjoy seeing all the beautiful surroundings of the different developments with in the Moorings. Round Island is a short bike ride a way and perfect location to launch a Kayak (orchid island bikes and kayaks 772-299-1286).

What makes this property unique

Last spring we saw Manatees every day and dolphins a few times right here in our harbor. Because we are located on the harbor and so close to the ocean we get a very nice breeze.
