Escape to this oceanfront villa with panoramic ocean views from almost every room! Perfectly located on the beach with a pool, guests have everything needed for the ultimate beach getaway.

Upon entering “Anchors Away” guests are led directly to the main living area that opens to the beach with a private patio with sliding glass doors. The transom windows above the doors highlight the ocean view from the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home including two coffee makers (Keurig and regular), a toaster, a blender, dishware, pots/pans, utensils, etc.

Ocean views and a private balcony highlight the master bedroom located on the second floor. It is equipped with a Queen bed, dresser, closet, flat screen TV (with Xfinity cable), and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Just down the hall is the second updated bathroom and the spacious guest room with two Twin beds, a dresser, and Flat screen TV (with ROKU online streaming.)
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided ((travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)

A washer/dryer is provided as well.

All good except for ‘doggie’ odor in condo. Apparently you have other renters who do not follow the rules regarding no pets for renters, only ok for owners.

Hi Brooks, thank you for sharing with us. We have never had a renter bring a pet, but the owner does have a dog that sometimes comes. We will check everything out, and see what we can do to get the smell gone.

CHOP visit

The location was great for CHOP visits. Also, bike rentals abs access to the river trail are right outside the door. It has a very nice updated kitchen and bath.

Quick summer getaway

Needed beach trip before end of summer and this place was perfect. Loved that we had some ecological info on placards placed on beach walkway. Saw several tortoises and lot of rabbits. We enjoyed the Uno game owners left for guests and had some Jenga fun as well in evenings. Stairs were tough for some of us, but overall the trip was lot of fun and this unit was great location - first one beside walkway. Was strange to see people driving on beach - didn’t know that’s was still allowed. Enjoyed watching people go by few times each day on horseback and several powered parasails went through as well. Thanks to owners and hosts!

Nice Ocean View!

The townhome was very clean and perfect for my family. My son slept on the pull out couch and my 2 daughters shared the twin bedroom. I just felt bad that the only extra blanket for the pull out was the throw blankets. I would have brought a bedding blanket from home had I known. We were happy to find a set of sheets for the pull out though. I would also bring your own beach towels. The view of the ocean from the master balcony is beautiful. We rented beach chairs and umbrella from Riptide daily but made sure to place our beach ‘blanket’ and towels out to the side so that no vehicles parked too close. The only disappointment to our stay was that I was not aware that vehicles would be sharing the beach with us until a couple days prior to our stay. I’m from Atlanta and was hoping to get away from traffic, not share the serenity of an ocean view and my children playing in the sand close by with Jeeps getting stuck and Trucks hauling them out. It was entertaining but I’d rather be dolphin watching. Loved the townhome though!

Thank you for your feedback, we would have been happy to bring bedding for the pullout. I do apologize for this inconvenience. There are two accesses that allow driving on the beach, not all of our accesses are vehicle friendly. We would love to host you again in the future.

Oceanfront Sandpiper Villa was Amazing

My stay at this location for 10 days was all I hoped for, and more. My friend, son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons were very comfortable, and we had privacy when needed. The beach access, view, and back yard were a complete hit for all of us. I strongly recommend this location and will definitely stay here again!!! My son on his way out said, "mom remember this address".

Wonderful location

This place was just perfect for a family wanting easy access to the beach and a pool. And a nice short drive into town. Also the until was very well appointed for eating and heading to the beach. We loved the views of the water from the second floor balcony. Highly recommended!
