Villa #1 offers over 2,200 square feet of luxury beachfront comfort. This villa boasts 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private outdoor patio overlooking the divine views of the Pacific Ocean. This space truly displays the spectacular sunsets that make Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica famous. The beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water is only a mere 50 steps from your patio.



Upon entering the master suite, you are greeted with only the highest quality finishes. The tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a cool breeze during the day and night as you vacation in paradise. Wake up in your large, comfortable king-size bed, grab your fresh Costa Rican coffee, and walk out onto your own extended oceanfront balcony. Your relaxation and privacy are forefront at the Palms.



The guest bedroom offers the same tall and vaulted ceilings as the master. Inside, you will find a queen bed, and also a large loft that sleeps two kids. This is a great space for your friends, or the children coming along. The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.

The Palms is a gated community with 24-hour security, a large BBQ area, a gym with an ocean view, and an infinity pool that melts into the Pacific Ocean. Take advantage of The Palms’ 24 hour/7 days a week secured parking and guardhouse to watch over your car. Alongside these many world-class amenities, this community is within walking distance to many local restaurants which offer food from local gastronomy to Italian. If you feel like really indulging yourself, let The Palms' in-house chef service prepare and serve you a fabulous gourmet meal in the villa or by torchlight right by the beach. The Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.



We are located close to Waterfalls, surfing, fine dining, beach dining, zip-lining, pottery farms, organic farms, caves, cliff diving, jet skis, catamaran tours, nightlife, jungle tours, river tours, and anything else you can imagine. With the 24 hr staff within the complex any need can be attended to. We have English-speaking contacts no matter the hour or day.
