Great place to reside during OC vacation

Wonderful residence, no parking problems, had entire family stay, occupied both levels. Trash pickup no problem, instructions clear, Property Manager was great and available for any unexpected problems.

Fins up beach house

Olivia the property manager was awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The location was also pretty good. The house I thought for the money we paid would be in better shape. Overall not a terrible experience

Location was perfect! Short walk to Beach & Boardwalk. Fishing & Sunset was right around the corner

The property was perfect for a large group! Plenty of room and having a washer and dryer was awesome. We had an issue with our Cable TV and contacted the owner. They were there right on the spot to fix it with the cable company. Very peaceful neighborhood we all slept well and enjoyed the property and our stay. 👍👍👍

Perfect house for large groups

We had a group of 19 stay at this house for the weekend and it was great! Plenty of bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and a quick walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for larger group events!

Turd in the toilet

We stayed here with several of my family. The location is pretty nice - quiet block and there was ample street parking, just a couple blocks from a nice part of the beach. We entered the lower unit to discover a terrible smell - and found an unflushed toilet that was causing the “crappy” smell. So that’s pretty gross - and the dishes were all put in cupboards without being cleaned. “Fully stocked kitchen” was on the listing, but it was pretty lacking in the number of utensils and dishes you’d expect for the number of people staying. Finally, the deck on the front was sagging in one corner and didn’t seem too safe.

Hey David, Thank you for providing this feedback. I am sorry about the bathroom situation, never had that happen before. We certainly did not and never intend to leave something in the toilet like that. Our cleaners do a really good job and take their time, and are professional at what they do. I am surprised this happened, but mistakes do happen sometimes. If we had been contacted, we certainly would have come to the property to fix it, as well as bring you some more more utensils & dishes. Many get lost/broken throughout the summer. As far as the deck, we are aware of the slope. Structurally it is very stable, it just slopes in the corner. Wish we had been contacted about these small issues to make the situation better. Glad to hear your family of 8 adults and 20 children still had a good time, despite the few small issues. Thank you. Take Care, Olivia
