The Perfect Barcelona Location!

Located just a half block from Placa de la Catalunya, this apartment is an amazing base for an exploration of Barcelona. Every form of public transportation (bus, metro, rental bike, taxis) can be found with a block or two. Las Ramblas is literally only two blocks away. Many fantastic restaurants of lots of different styles and ethnicities are within easy walking distance. Key Barcelona attractions are easy to reach - Montjuic, La Sagrada Familia, Park Güell. If we ever return to Barcelona, this would be the place we would want to rent again. It was wonderful!!!!

Emplacement idéal,proche de toutes les commodités ,et des points touristiques 👍 Appartement propre,bien équipé..Petit bémol pour les douches qui mériteraient un petit coup de jeune (pomme de douches qui fuient). Notre séjour reste un très bon souvenir.Je recommandé vivement !

Situé à proximité de la Paza de Cataluña l’appartement offre en plus une vue sur ses fontaines. C’est le point de départ idéale pour toutes les excursions dans Barcelone que ce soit à pied ou en transport en commun. L’appartement est de bon standing, bien équipé, avec ses fenêtres qui isolent beaucoup (mais pas complètement) des bruits de la rue. Tous les commerces sont également à proximités Excellente accueil. Rien à regretter, sauf de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps ;-)

Cet appartement semble de grand standing mais les finitions et l'entretien sont à revoir(porte cuisine cassée et ne se joignant pas, porte chambre parental disjointe, crédence cuisine cassée, parquet rayé dans l'entrée du au frottement de la porte, porte salle de bains grinçante,porte salle de bain dur à ouvrir, tringle à rideau mise avec du double face)Dommage car il est idéalement situé et pour l'avenir de cet appartement. Nous en avons quand même bien profité.

El apartamento es cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la ciudad de Barcelona. Su ubicación es privilegiada a unos metros de la Plaza Cataluña, rodeada de restaurantes, cafés, teatros y al lado de un supermercado que abre 24 horas. We very much enjoyed our stay at Plaça Catalunya appartement. It is clean, pleasantly furnished and spacious. Best of all is the location in the heart of Barcelona. It is within walking distance of The Rambla, the Metro, shops and restaurants. On the negative side, the appartement could use a new coffee maker and a bit of fresh paint in one of the room.

Clean, comfortable, well equiped and right across from Cataluña Square

You wont find a better location than with this apartment right across Plaza Cataluña. One block away fron Las Ramblas. 100 meters away from metro entrance. The apartment was clean. Kitchen well equiped. Washer and Dryer. I would definitaly stay here again. The apartment administrator - Montserrat was very accommodating and flexible. She gave us clear instructions about how things work in the apartment. Very nice, puntual and professional. The apartment has alarm system whichs makes it safer.

Schöne Wohnung in Zentraler Lage

Wir waren überwiegend zufrieden mit der Wohnng. Die Lage ist super Zentral .Man ist im Zentrum Barcelonas.Die Wohnung hatte in jedem Zimmer Parkettboden , was sehr angenehm war.Sie war sehr sauber.Große Küche.Die Fenster ließen keinen Lärm von draussen rein.Die Betten waren Gut nicht zu weich , was einen guten Schlaf bescherte.WLAN funktionierte auch.Fernseher war nicht so toll. Negativ war: Die Duschvorhänge hatten schon schwarze Flecken. Die Sitzgelegenheit war schon etwas abgenutzt, sollte mal erneuert werden.Die U-Bahn hörte und spürte man auch, was aber nicht ganz so schlimm war. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Der Kontakt klappte gut per E-Mail.
